Danger Room As the name implys, all battle simulations for the upcoming X-men trainees happens right here in this room. A team can choose to train in a cpmplicated setting or perhaps something a little less challenging.

Laboratory This is the place the Professor Hank McCoy resides over, making everything from new gadgets to things to keep people's powers in check.

Pool Yes, even the Academy has a pool. With its beautiful tropical decor and serene waters, many can be found in this favored room.

Cerebro's Vault The magnificant Cerebro, created by Professor Xavier is found in this large titanum room. But many are not allowed within these walls, unless escorted by the Professor.

The Infirmary Once run by Dr. Jean Grey, this is a large medical facility that is always open for any aliment. From bumps and bruises to large scale injuries. This also serves as a place to monitor one's powers in their dormant stages.

Courtyard Complete with Gazebo and moat, this quaint courtyard is filled with gardens and enough room for all outdoor activities. This even includes both a tennis court and a basketball court.

The Garage Numerous bikes and cars can be found in the garage. Its cement floors are also the workplace of Scott Summer's classroom, for he is often found teaching mechanics.

The X-Jet Hanger Beneath the courtyard lies an underground holding area for the X-Jet. The X-Men use this for important missions in anywhere but local places.

Apartment/Housing Complex A suburban district with a friendly enviroment. Many houses line the streets that lead to the apartment complex.

The Sewers This is where those who bare the mark of a Morlock live. These mutants, under the rule of Marrow, beleive that those who walk on the surface have banished them to walk below for their mutant abilities.
Dining Hall Large floor to celing victorian windows give way to a scenery of the forests beyond. A large wooden tavle stretches across the hall, accompanied by multiple chairs.

Magneto's Lair Only the privilaged few accomapny Magneto down into the bowels of the Manor. This large room is dank yet Magneto finds it a comfortable place to plan his next attack.

Caverns Beneath the floors of the Manor, therein lies caverns holding shelter for the many interregation rooms that Magneto has created.

Simulation Room This is almost an exact replica of the Danger Room used by the X-Men. The members of the Brotherhood use it to keep in shape, but Magneto also uses it to train new recruits until he sends them to more...practical lessons.
War Room An elegant room with a round table in the middle. Here the Alliance of Evil meet to plan their course of action and have meetings. The room is pleasant, covered in ancient tapestries, beautiful paintings and statues. The floor is adorned by a intricately woven carpet of unknown origins, and it seems to be resistant against being damaged by mutant powers.
