Greater daemon base size.

I recently picked up the FW great unclean one model and was wondering what base size to use for fantasy(it only comes with an oval base). Its much to big to fit on the standard GUO base. If anyone knows what the offical size or what they use on theirs I would appreciate the advice.

50mm is the only 'official' size there is.
You'd have to use a bigger base for that model of course, which would probably be accepted since it's mostly a penalty [for you] rather than any kind of benefit.

Gifts like Nurgle's Rot and Noxious Vapours would complicate this a bit I guess - if you run into rules-laywery people..

if you want to put him on a base, I've done two of the models, one was highly converted palanquin with an absolute stupid amount of nurglings and green stuff rising like a wave from a 50 mill base.

The one that i use now... or rather will use when i get my ass in gear, is mostly from the nether vortex terrain piece. with nurgly looking vortex's

on the other hand like Dreign said, nurgle gifts are the only gifts I'm aware of that benefit from a larger base... pestilent mucus is practically broken when you increase the base size, just remember there's only rules against decreasing base size, not increasing base size, so strictly speaking there's no rule against it
