So, I just started collecting my demonic and so far ive only recevied a few model.

This is a the first model painted:

It's a furies made of a Squig (pretty obvious) with added wings. Normally furies are supposed to be red, but I did not want the model to look as "squidsy" so I choose a diffrent palette of colors

XOXO

D'awwww, he's adorable! Look at all those little teeth...

*ahem*

In all seriousness though I like it. Makes for a nice, less serious Daemon, is well executed, and the painting is great. Looking forward to seeing more.

Haha, nice. He is pretty cute.

I know you haven't gone for a studio quality pic, but using a less busy background would really improve it. It takes a second to work out what is the model on that page!

Actually when you read the army book it says that Furies are black smile.gif

"Furies are commonly black, however as beings of unrefined chaotic power they can appear in all manor of hues, depending on which of the Dark Gods is currently in ascendance"

Very vivid colors on the lava there.. and liking the flying harpie squigs! How do you keep them from falling over though, are they not a bit top heavy?

Looking forward to seeing those Bloodletters finished up.

Since I don't fancy the current Fiends a tiny bit at all, I decided to make my own.

I've used arms and body from Vargheists / Crypt Horror's. THen ive used claws from Deamonette's and the head from Tyranid Gargoyle Brood from 40k.

Everything fit very nice together apart from the head where I need to use green stuff to make a "neck".

Albeit being someone who's got nothing against the official model, I definately think this is one of the better conversions I've seen.
Intuitive and yet simple. Well done!
