I run a fairly typical Daemons list, the core of which is a KoS and a pair of Bloodletter hordes. My magic phase has been a pair of HoT, running Light and Shadow, but I was thinking about dropping the Shadow HoT for a pair of HoS with Siren Songs.
With LOS and the mechanics of Siren Song, they'd be fairly safe, and they have high enough movement that I don't think they'd need mounts. I obviously wouldn't be getting flank charges with the Bloodletters since the HoS would die on impact to pretty much anything worth pulling in.
Is this even remotely worthwhile?

Torment is cute, but useless against infantry - anything you could affect will be dead anyway, since infantry is only 1 wound a pop. It's only real purpose is to limit characters and monsters, and even if you manage a wound it's still bad odds of ever doing anything.
I'd personally rather take a Herald with a 'netter unit. Hero points are very limited, and wasting a Locus needs to be thoroughly justified. Why suicide a herald without needing to? (also, a small 'nette unit with the banner of ecstasy means you can get that flank charge as well...)

Really the only ways I would see this as viable would be if you're trying to Song in enemy redirectors, which would just flee anyway (and probably not even face the Herald if it's an experienced opponent) or to force long charges that will almost certainly fail.
As has been stated, I'd much rather take a small unit of Nettes with the Banner of Ecstasy over the second Siren Herald. Or trim down those Bletter hordes for double Nettte block action!

I can see some use in it but I think a KoS and TWO siren heralds is way over the top. How about one HoS and the masque? I think that would make a lot more sense. Or as others have said one and a small unit to put her in.

As everyone says The mechanics you can use by putting them in units (big or small) and supported by magic/other troops makes them really worthwhile. One siren song, used correctly, can tilt the battle in your favour. By putting her in a unit, you keep your options open. 1) Is the units still large: supported by magic or even on their own they can be feared in combat. 2) Is the unit weakened/small: use them to hunt small stuff and rack up points. On their own, they'll always be hard to keep safe or to survive the battle...

I can fit in a 14-strong Daemonette unit instead of the second Herald. It seems like that would be far more effective.
In a similar vein, how do you all run a KoS with a Siren Song? I don't want her in combat solo against anything really killy without Spirit Swallower, and she's useless stuck in with tarpits, so I never seem to have a decent target.

All the Kipper needs is to be in combat for a single round, after which your other unit(s) jump in and support. Between re-rolls to hit, S6 armour-piercing and thunderstomp she should win most combats as long as she isn't stuck in a challenge.
If you're trying to avoid copping unnecessary wounds with the Kipper, avoid WS5 great-weapon troops, or troops with absurd amounts of attacks (or poison). Things like witch-elves should be avoided at all costs. Try for the smaller supporting blocks (25 or fewer models) and you should be fine - trying to grind through 50 models is not a good idea, and they should only be tackled if you have a counter-charge set up.
