Turn 1. My opponent moved his Fast cav up far enough that I only needed an 8 to hit em with my Fiend. I decided to go for it and even thought they put a wound on him he made it into combat against them top of Round 1. (YAY!) My bricks did their usual "Mooooove foooorward!" thing while my DP and other fiend moved up the right flank. Magic saw me get 12 power dice and yet only get the net spell off on his spearmen unit. I failed to cast rancid visitation with my DP (Missed it by one) and I missed the big timewarp spell by a ton. Shooting saw my flamers char some elven armor but none died... Combat saw 2 fast cav die but they stood their ground and failed to break.
His turn 1. No charges but he shuffled some of his units to better weather my assault. His magic saw nothing happen due to failing his STR check (TY NET!) and taking a wound because of it. His shooting however saw 2 of my flamers buy it and a Bloodletter. Combat saw another 2 fast cav die but I took a wound from one of them. I made my check but I was getting nervous.

Turn 2. My DP charges the Bolt thrower and my other fiend charges the archers. The archers shoot the fiend down before he even makes it to their hill while my DP slams into the thrower with all the fury he can muster. The rest of my army simply moves closer for a turn 3 charge. Magic saw me get 10 power dice and get off the big Speed of light spell but nothing else. (Irrasistabled it thru and rolled an 8. DP took a wound) Shooting saw more chared Elvish armor but not deaths while combat saw my fiend get cut down by the remaining Fast cav and my DP do the dance of gooey joy all over the Bolt thrower and its crew. He turned to face the flank of the elf bricks.
his turn 2. Still no charges but a little more shuffleing. The Spearmen unit turns to face the DP. THe archers do the same. Magic saw nothing get off and shooting may have claimed another letter... I dont remember.

Combat was over so it was turn 3.

Turn 3. I charge!!!! THe PB's go into the white loins pulling the Pheonix guard in with them. THe DP slams into the flank of the Phoenix guard in a grand attempt to kill the general. My unit of 24 X Letters get ahold of the Sea guard and thanks to the speel of light they cant stand and shoot. My Flamers and HoTz dive into the nearby forest to try and protect themselves from shooting and my unit of 19X Letters fail their charge so instead move up 3 inches. Magic saw nothing go off and shooting was nothing in range. COMBAT!!! My 24X Letter dig into the sea guard. Many die and they lose by 6... he needed a 4 to stay... and he stayed. lol! Meanwhile the PB / DP combat gets ugly with the DP and elf prince failing to inflict one wound to eachother. Meanwhile the White lions, pheonix guard and PB's are exchanging blows. I end up winning combat by 4 and although the stubborn lions stay the Phenoix guard flee and get run down by the DP.
his Turn 3. The spear man unit charges into the PB's. in an attempt to save the lions. The archers on the hill charge into the flank of the PB's and the remaining fast cav heroically charges into the unit of flamers hiding in the forest. Magic was far from a wash as he was able to power thru wither which lowered my PB's T to 1 (Damn Hex) and then he miasma'ed my 24 X Letters reducing their WS to 1. shooting had nothing but the 19 X Failure to charge letters to target. I think another one died... maybe 2. I don't recall... Combat saw the seaguard fight valiantly and still lose combat yet they sttod their ground. THe PB's took down the elven BSB but lost I think 9 guys for their troubles. My BSB weathered 16 attacks and only suffered one unsaved wound from it all which had my heart racing. I won combat which saw the White lions break as well as the Archers. I couldn't pursue because the spearmen rolled snake eyes to stay so they got away.

Turn 4. My DP comes back on the table and moves to intercept the fleeing Whitelions. My 19X Brick of Letters run down the fleeing archers. Magic sees speed of light go off on the PBs and shooting sees a Bolt thrower crewman die a flaming death. Combat saw the seaguard finally break and get run down, as well as a few more spearmen buy it... but not before taking down my BSB. I win combat but they don't go anywhere.
His turn 4. The white lions rally and prepair to deal with the 24 X Brick (Whats left of em) of letters. Magic sees my PB's reduced to S & T 3 as well as the big miasma hit my Bloodletters that were going to slam into the lions. It reduced all of them to 1's so I decided the DP was going in solo. His shooting put another wound on the DP which made me nervous but not overly so. Combat saw the spearmen elves reduce my PB's to about 10 models and I lost combat. I rolled a bit high and lost 3 more in the confusion.

Turn 5 and six in a nut shell. Combat. The DP slams into the white lions and breaks them, running them down into the dirt. My HoTz Banishes the last bolt thrower crewman to death and the 19X Brick of letters slame into the remaining spearmen killing the archmage and breaking the elves... they get away and before I can catch them the game ends.

All in all this game went VERY much my way. My opponent was having crappy luck with his dice and I was rolling out of the box for my saves. In the end it was a massacare but I can't take full credit. His dice were truely on my side for this game.
I Look forward to the rematch.
