Eureka minis winged fez monkeys (with different wing options and command models!!) These guys are a close second, Wyrd minis imps;

The examples below are pulled from Iron Wind metals arcana evolved line. Akashic Seeker (fleshound?) Slaasaan (fiend?) Inshon extra eyes (nurgle/tzeentch herald?)

They do have a fantasy worlds and gehenna line with some interesting stuff in it however. This 54mm (I think) model strikes me as a possible LOC with some added wings; Vanatoor Guardian

Mcfarlane/spawn.com line of horror/scifi/fantasy figures examples; lucidique (a hellraiserish KOS?) Or mabye this guy from the WOW action figures line; Illidan Stormrage

Here are a few pics. Generally more 40k-ish than WFB, given that a lot of them have guns, but a bit of converting could fix that.
