The list is lacking in both speed and shooting. I would probably not go for 10 horrors in this list and instead have 5x Plaguebearers and the rest fiends. I would have the DP less expensive, 225p in a 1000p game is a lot! There is a lot of love for heavy princes but often not worth it. What is the DPs purpose? Shooting, C.C, both? If both then a a light shooting with either bolt, BoC or gaze with hide no mark at 140p. If just shooting, MoT two of three of bolt, BoC or gaze 165p. If just C.C, MoN, flies, touch, hide at 155p.
Be more aggressive, CD is an army that more often then not cant afford to be passive, Nurgle can but other than that nothing can IMO, we have to get in to C.C and fast. The most important god in my book is the dice good, if he is favorable in our DS then all is our for the taking. I would probably have gone with the aggressive DS on the letters putting the game in a win or a draw on objective challenge, but thats just me =)
Have heard a lot of good being said about 16x letters opposed to 2x10 letters. Haven't tried it for my self but feel it is a good advice. Skulltaker comes more to his right in a group of crushers if you can swing it, 3-4 man strong with ICO and fury for max wound allocation. ICO on crushers is a solid way in to an aggressive DS second round since crushers never (for me anyway) go down round one.
That would make "my list" something like this
HQ Skulltaker on crusher 175
Troops 5x PB 12x Letters
elites 3 Flamers of Tzeentch 105p 4 fiends 120p 3 crushers, IOC, fury, instrument 155p
Heavy support DP, MoT, Iron hind, bolt, instrument 165p /997p
Wave one Crushers with skulltaker PBs, or fiends (depending on who you face) DP
Wave two Flamers Fiends or PBs Letters
I am no expert in low points games but since no one else took the bait... =) IMO this list is more all round and will deliver more hurt where and when you need it.
