Some Slaanesh Khorne stuff

It's more rewarding to add peices to my own collection, compared to painting random troopers for other armies.

Instead of adding to my 20k DoC army I have to do the friendly thing and fill out the ranks of the other armies in our group.

I've got a HoK and DPoK right now that I'm working on.. After that I might do a HoK + Behemoth of Khorne interpretation because I got some good bits for it..

Just finnished this HoK for the tabletop.. It's a new Hellorado Model (Infernal Ambassdor, I think it's called) with a GW Hellsword:

I have been mentioning that my 'soon to be wife' has painted alot of my Lord models etcetera.

Now let's get a bit more serious.. And by "a bit" I mean just That:
This below model is the 4th Daemon Prince for my Army. He's supposed to be a dedicated Khorne Prince with wings, which I hope is conveyed by the pics..

A pretty unserious conversion really. All though I must say the "Greek Mythology" vibe I get from this model is sort of intriguing.. But yeah, who cares it's a superflous model to my collection and thus I allowed myself a little giggle while putting it together...

Thats certainly an interesting use of the Nephilim Soldier lol. I like it though, its cool.

Speed-painted these old Seekers today.

Really glad I got a hold of these models. Both because they're old collectables and also (mostly) because I can now finally field a Horde of Seekers.. Should I ever want to..

Another Herald of Slaanesh just finnished. It's the Warmaster Greater Daemon of Slaanesh with some 'replaced' Daemonette-bits.

How long did it take you to paint those Seekers? They are nicely done, but do look a bit unfinished (maybe it's just the bases?).

It's strange, I was actually thinking about using a Warmaster GDoS as a Herald of Slaanesh just the other day. It's interesting to know that it 'works', and you've made it look awesome as well. Nice one!

And that book for dummies is funny - will have to get my brother one of those! (They are not 'in print' though, are they? Shame...)

Spent a couple of hours 'here and there' for like 2-3 days on those Seekers. They are very 'basic', even for being painted by me, but yeah most of the 'unfinnished' feel probably comes from the basing not being done yet. I hope so anyway.

Thing I don't keep stuff for basing at home. I just paint stuff at home and then I finnish off the bases out at the clubhouse. It's a five minute job anyway and I don't want to keep duplicate basing-kits at home.

That Warmaster model works, yes. It comes on a metal base that you will have to cut down in order to fit (almost anyway) on a 25mm base. Apart from that I'd say it's got a perfect size for being a Herald in Warhammer.

Thanks for comments. I never get the texture right on the skin of these damn Slaanesh daemons but once the base is done and this little fella sits in a unit I'm sure I'll be more pleased..

Definitely digging that Herald!
