 Regeneration Question, Ignores Regen?

Are there any special rules that ignore regen in fantasy? Such as killing blow?

(I'm aware flaming attacks do, just wondering how it worked with other rules and multiple wounds)

Yes. Also special attacks like the giant stuff in pants rule and the like.

Other then KB and flaming theres also:

Any type of damage that "Removes the model from play" will ignore all types of saves including regen. Obvious ones would be Infernal Gateway and 13th spell, the giants "pick up and...." can also do this aswell.
