Hello all - thought it would be about time to post up what I have been working on for quite some time:

First I'll start with the big man:

Followed by his Herald:

Followed by 1st unit of Plague Riders

And then followed by an example of how I am updating my Nurgle army (Nurgling on the left was done over 10 years ago...the other done earlier last year).

Thanks for looking.

Oooh nice stuff BK thanks for posting that I love the detail work you did particularly on the GUO!

It's pretty hypocritical to deride GW for valuing their pocketbooks over what's good for the growth of the hobby while you are buying on ebay and playing in your friendly local gaming store.

I didn't photoshop it, all I did was snap it and crop it, and it came out uber bad ass as you can see. wink.gif

those are great, adding the maggots to the bases from your old version is a great improvement. how did you make all those worms and maggots? are they just green stuff rolled into tubes and painted? they do make the bases!

Well - I'll stake my claim as the first modeler to use Chinese food in my modling.

Its rice.

Dude....rice. Now that is unique and it works so well! OMG, I'm going to steal that idea. Imitation is the highest form of flattery they say. You saved a lot of people the time and pain of rolling tons of maggots my man. And those bases are sooooo gross. I totally mean that in a good way.

Great idea for a herald. Fits in very nice.

Very nice job on everything. If you don't mind, I'm going to gather these pics and make you an entry on our main site member gallery. If you have more pics you'd like to include, please let me know. If you have a photobucket account that you can point me to, that would be even better. Nurgle would be proud!

And Trogdor smote the Kerrek and all was laid to Burnination!

No one can kill him

If the Gods want a man to die
No one can save him

If I am hunting you
The Gods want you dead

Thank you, again, for the kind comments. I am finishing building my second plague rider unit today, but won't paint until my new Daemon Prince is on his feet - based off of Mortarion of the good old Epic days.
