To start, I will most likely be fighting Dark Elves.


I am going to use the Lord of change as a support unit for my army. He is going to be sent up the middle to aid the rest of the units.

I have included a Changeling within the Pink Horrors. He is going to be used as a hunter for the enemies Lord. wink.gif These Pink horrors are going to be sent up the middle of the battle field.

Plague Bearers are going to be used on the left of my Pink Horrors (sent up the middle). They are going to be partially used as a shooting magnet (because of their toughness).

Demonettes are going to be used to swiftly get to the enemy and get a charge asap. They will be supported from my LoC.

The Nurglings are going to be used as scouts to try and pick off the enemies sorcerers.

The Flamers are going to be used on the flanks as support fire. And then right after, bomb in for the cleanup.


Any thoughts or suggestions?

well, first off, heralds can only join units of their respective gods so no ASF bloodletters i'm afraid. second, heralds can only choose gifts specified in their army list entry so no slime trails for slaanesh heralds. third, you also need to choose the magic lore when the list is made so be thinking about the lore you want your LoC to use. back to the drawing board and hammer out those details and then we can take a another look.

The problem is that you can't have a 610 pt lord choice. Max is 500. You would be better of with another HoTz, MoS(beasts for the daemonettes), winged horror. That is if you aren't over you heroes allotment.

If you do want a GD, go with GUO againt DE. Give him noxious vapors and stream of bile. Hope you roll a 6 for his spells.

agreed, lords of change aren't really that good until 2.5k, when you can get them some really good gifts. and chaosologist is right, the GUO rocks against DE although the keeper can be really good at 2k as well.

I've heard that the GUO is hard to use sometimes. So in that case, I'm thinking of going with the keeper instead. Just don't know what items to give him yet.

All depends on the guo's set up. Noxious vapours and pestilent mucus or nurgles rot. Great cc monster at that point. Or the setup above. If you go with the keeper use temptator.
