So, as some of you may have read from my batt rep
here, I'm in the process of finishing up a Death Match against an O&G player. The first two games were pretty much lopsided victories in my favor with my opponent getting 377pts game 1 and 225pts game 2.
Here are the lists I used for the first 2 games:
List 1:
HoK w/ Armor of Khorne
HoT w/ Master of Sorcery: Life, Spellbreaker
30 Bloodletters w/ Full Command, Icon of Endless War
5 Furies
6 Furies
4 Nurgling Bases
6 Flesh Hounds
2x3 Flamers
2x1 Fiends
List 2:
HoN w/ Stream of Bile
HoT w/ Master of Sorcery: Light
HoS
20 Plaguebearers w/ Full Command, Standard of Seeping Decay
18 Daemonettes w/ Full Command, Banner of Ecstacy
3 Nurgling Bases
5 Seekers
6 Fiends
Nothing overly exciting about the lists. My opponent's dice rolls have been quite horrid in both games. I have suggested that he try a block of 30+ savage orc big 'uns w/ the lvl 4 savage orc great shaman w/ lucky shrunken head and fencer's blades. We'll see though. He's quite partial to the FDS but has been fielding a lot more orcs lately.
Anyway, I thought I'd try to challenge myself a bit for game 3 and came up w/ the following Slaanesh/Tzeentch list:
LoC
HoT w/ MoS: Beasts
HoS w/ Many Armed Monstrosity
36 Daemonettes w/ FC, Ecstasy
7 Furies
6 Seekers (I know, I said I wouldn't use them this game but they are about as soft a unit as you can get out of DoC)
4 Fiends
6 Flamers (can't take all ultra-soft units :P)
Is this to soft? Is a GD overkill? Again, I'm trying to challenge myself w/ a non optimized list.
Questions? Comments? ... Death threats?
