As far as I know, they never existed. I even have all of the old Town Crier magazines, and don't think that they ever existed in the expansions. I would consider using the daemon models and substituting another warband's stats.

ya ther was never a deamon warband, they would pop out on the odd serario.

They do, however, have the Carnival of Chaos list which is pretty much as demonic as you will go. You get Plague bearers and nurglings.
