hi
I cant change my avatar and when i try a error occurs:
Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:
You are not allowed to upload that type of file as an avatar or personal photo [B][I]
any help would be appreciated
ps what im trying to upload is a file it's size: 504x405

It's probably to big of a file - or the wrong type.

gjnoronh, is right. 504x405 would be half the screen! You'd have nothing left to write opinions and post pictures. ;)

any one know how to reduce the size ie photoshop or something like that

In Photoshop go to Image -> Image Size... and change it from there. Then File -> Save for Web. Your avatar picture can't be larger than 25 KB. Hope this helps.
