Basically, I'm going to be re-doing all of the graphics for this site, starting with our main page (so that people actually want to visit it). Along with the graphics update will come the updated main site, with gallery, links, etc.

By the time you read this, the main site will have some changes made - go check it out!.

*NOTE* All of those "Gallery" images will in fact be active links to different sections, as detailed above. There will also be a new banner to fit the current look.

I like the idea and I'm behind you. Our mainpage is kind of an untapped resource. It looks pretty cool now. I wonder if there is a way to keep your pic of Be'Lakor in there somewhere. I liked what you did with it and people familiar with the Daemonic Legion will recognize it immediately.

It's taking me a bit longer than I expected to finish my Bloodthirster and I would like to use a dead flat sealer on my models to help with the way they look in pictures, but I'll get some stuff up for the gallery real soon.

Aside from the graphic change, there's also been a domain change. It had to be done, because 0catch.com planted a big advertisement right on top of my new flaming portal pic. :angry:

Not too much feedback yet, but from what I gather it's "ok"? So far I've heard from Trog and Vri - what about the rest of you guys? Good/bad? Suggestions, ideas, things you'd like implemented?

The galleries is a great idea. Hope they will be filled with pics of nasty daemons soon.

Perhaps write together all the tacticas when they are finished (if something like that can be finished) and put them there somewhere?

Too many popups though.

Yeah, popus are kind of a necessary evil right now when dealing with free web hosting. If someone wanted to chip in and actually help pay for a real one that didn't have advertising.......didn't think so. You could make sure that you are either using Mozilla Firefox or XP servicepack 2 and leave IE pop-up blocker on. It has a bad habbit of killing everything though, even ones that you want unless you catch them in time.

I'm excited for the gallery too! Seeing a great army painted up and ready to go really gets me pumped to play.

I'd love to pay for our own domain, but I want to have a clear, solid design plan before I go ahead and do that. It's pretty cheap, so it wouldn't be that big a deal.

Yeah, there's not much to be done about the popups right now. Even Firfox lets the same-window ones through, so I guess we'll all have to manually close them to get at the sweet, juicy innards of the site.
