Skin Change

I think the skin needs to be changed. I really never complain about the skin, and I hate nothing more than having it change all the time like it used to, but now I dont like it. Its too dark and theres not enough contrast between text and the background. Its hard on the eyes...and a bit depressing.

I dont know what it is...must be some psycological color thing---but everytime i come here, the colors really are very drab and boring...and i many times just link to some other place.

I know what you mean, some sort of parchment colour scheme or something with stronger colours might liven things up a bit, but I have no experience with finding or modifying skins, so I wouldn't know where to start with that.

I got a few tips for this new skin and layout:

1) The blue bar of the skin at the top makes the gray font unreadable. If that specifc text could be made black, that might help, because its hard to see now. This bar:

2) The smileys are cool, but the smiley window should be expandable or something, because the add reply button is down pretty far. Not really that neccessary a change, but it would be simpler to use.

3) The default veiwing for the sections is "the last 30 days"---I think this should be changed to "since the begininging" as default. the current setting is really not needed, since we really dont have enough threads as to clutter any section that badly.

Thats it. Nice skin though, I like it
