Terms of Services

1. Whatever you post on Writer's Dream whether it is your own orignal work or a fanfiction becomes the propety of Writer's Dream, but Writer's Dream claims no rights to whatever you post on the site. This is to protect your original work from being plagerized. And if your story ever gets published Writer's Dream will not ask for any profit what so ever. This is a non profit site which that includes taking some profit if any of the members were to get published one day. The only thing is if you do become published, don't forget about us little people from the site.

2. At any given time a member may only possess one account no matter what the problem is. If it is found that you have more than one account to your name, then you will lose ALL accounts. This goes for the staff to as well as me.

3. Plagerizing will not be tolerated, and if it is found that you did plagerize, you shall be banned for a month. Next offense will make you lose your account and all threads you've made.

4. Under the COPPA law I am forced to say that any members under the age of 13 who have accounts will have to be deleted, unless I get something saying like: "I so and so's name goes here allow my son/daughter who has the username of so and so's username here. And they have to sign it in cursive, scan it, and email it to me at -email- as long as I get something like that with a signature then you can be a member at the site. I will only allow people under 13 stay a member if they get a signature from a legal parent/guardian. If you don't have a scanner, you can mail the legal parent/guardian's signature to 25 South Windy Rd, Tilton, NH 03276. You cannot be a member until I recieve the letter saying it is okay.

5. Member bashing is not appreciated and it is not welcomed at Writer's Dream, and if complains are made more than three times from any one person(s) you shall lose access to the site for a week. Any more complaints may result in a pernament ban.

6. Spamming is not allowed on this site, and any first time offender will get one warning, any more times then they will get banned. Spamming is when you advertise other sites in the boards, or posting more than one time within a 15 minute radius. Their is only one place where you can advertise, which is the Affiliate thread.

7. Rating of this site shall mantain a PG-13 since guests can be from any age in the world, and we want to make sure that people under 13 don't get exposed to certain things that they shouldn't be seeing. If you really want to have a rated R story, then I will edit the title, and have it saying in capital letters RATED R.

8. To parents and legal guardians: We are not responsible to what your child may read if he/she reads a RATED R story, for I have made it clear about its rating. It is your child's choice upon entering and reading a RATED R story, and this site shall not be held responsible to what content your child is exposed to, though RATED R does have its limits.

9. Limits are as follows for RATED R stories. Sexual content may not go further than saying something like they were in bed together kissing or making out. If anything refers to them making love I shall delete the thread without hesitation. Swearing, cussing, cursing, or whatever else you may want to call it should be kept to a minimal since people have the option I believe to filter out words. Violence should be kept down to a minimal as well. No going into depth with what happens to someone's head for example.

10. Writer's Dream has the right to alternate, edit, delete, or add anything to the Terms of Service at any given time.
