Verbs, i hate english class...

untitled Group: Writer Posts: 2882 Member No.: 190 Joined: 17-April 07	Where's the verb in the Topic Description? As you may already know, VERBS are what you do. There are two types of verbs (we'll keep it basic). Action and Linking. Action are things you physically do. Linking are things like "is" (which is always a verb), and something pertaining to thoughts, something not physically seen or done. Good luck! it's all good.

Fearsome Fleet Leader :D Group: Admin Posts: 208 Member No.: 194 Joined: 3-May 07	there are at least five categories: action/state transitive/intransitive main/auxiliary/modal auxilliary compound/phrasal/prepositional regular/irregular though they all overlap (do I need to go over them all?) and yes, before you ask, unlike the Phantom I am a former English teacher.

I'm very busy workwise and would like to work on my story in my free time (when I have the energy), so I won't do it unless people specifically request it.
