Festival And Pow Wow

That's right! It's time to have some fun and games around here. There are a few different things that will be going on, though some people can't go to the other things. Now, there are no rules here. If you want to get together with some of the baddies around the site and crash a party... well, then that's up to you! If you want this party to go on without a hitch, then it will. If the natives want to get together and cause a raid, go for that too!

The townsfolk will be having a festival to celebrate their fifth year here at New Hope. It's a big number, but it's also the day when New Hope started up. This festival comes with fun and games, dances every night, and wonderful food all over the place. The women are baking like crazy, especially since the food is impressive to the men.

The Navajo are having a pow wow to celebrate the coming of summer. With the coming of summer, they are also dancing to celebrate the return of the buffalo in the area. They also have all the things that the settlers have, but are welcome at the festival as well. Townsfolk aren't allowed at this festival, mostly because it is a tribal event.

If you need to use this thread to plan things out, PLEASE DO SO! If there are any plans that are settled, just put my name in the post and ask me to add it to this thread. That way we can keep track of what's going to be happening at the party.

Bidziil and Arcani (because I think there are no other hunters around) - if we have a pow-wow,we need a hunt first... what to make the party from otherwise?

The party is celebrating the beginning of the hunt, so it hasn't started yet. :]

Okay so it sounds like Bidziil will be raiding on his own. Anyone care for a confrontation? Perhaps mutual injury, nothing too terribly serious? Oh and what if Bidziil kidnaps a female, let's say she gets in the way of the confrontation or something, and he brings her back only to have Arcani deem him responsible for her. Bidziil will not be happy, haha, but maybe there can be a scandal in the midst, yes?

That sounds really good to me! Allllsoo feel free to use npcs. So you can make up some characters and throw them in. If you'd like to make them up, I'll post that at the top of the thread with a short description of them, so that everyone else knows. <3

How fun! Mara and Valentine LOVE to dance! Jesse...Is a but clumsy when it comes to dancing. hehehe. If anyone wants to make some interesting plottage with my girls during this, message me! I'm up for some mischief.

Bidziil, I'd be happy to give you confrontation. It'd be a blast to play a little 'adventure' instead of all this socializing...lol. But I guess I first need to ask if you are planning to raid New Hope or some other location.

I think it'd be fun to give a little seriousside to Marion and show he really isn'y as flimsy and dainty as he has shown himself to be. And if we play the whole scenario right it could lead into a deeper twist to get your character more into the board, instead of watching by the wayside.

Well, I'm up for pretty much anything without KILLING Tomas. As the local priest, it may serve as a good introduction point to show that Tomas isn't just the average holy man, and that he's more dangerous than he lets on.
Of course, I'm willing to plot with anyone on this. I think bringing Tomas's history into question would be entertaining, since no one knows what he was before he was a priest. ^^

well why not thomas. Marion would get a kick out of running into a priest who carries a gun. We could meet at the shooting range to test our manly talents of flintlock. Okay maybe he doesn't carry a gun. But it would be amusing.
