Option to have the map in seperate window, map display options

Hello

I would suggest that it would be beneficial to have the option to have the map as a tab which would enable it to be displayed on a separate monitor or at least apart from the chat window

if you have 2 displays (many peoplehave laptops and monitors/tvs) then this allows the map to be displayed on one and everything else on the other

the 40k vassal module has this option so maybe it would be as simple as asking them about how to do it or get the code.

having the map on one display and all the other chat windows token counters and play pieces on the other screen adds greatly to the playing experiance ive found.

please dont take this as criticism, your work is simply astounding and i appreciate everything that you have done here. truly great work, i thank you.

The option to have elements separated for use with multiple monitors is off by default in the vassal engine. To enable it go to File > Preferences and uncheck 'Use combined application window'
