They act like, and are even called, "simple creatures". YEAH, BECAUSE LIONS ARE SOOOOO CIVILIZED AND COMPLEX. Boooooooo!! I feel like I'm the only one who's even remotely interested in seeing the hyenas portrayed as characters with depth, emotions, wants, needs, and LIVES. Not just meat-machines.

Don't get me wrong, I love the hyenas and wish there were more story to them.
