((OOC: I"m gonna play with Denali in here too- since the other thread he is in is going sorta slow...

Is that ok? If not- just ignore this post then.))
Denali had been wandering for an hour or so. He had caught word that his twin brother was in the area, heading towards the Shadowlands. The idea didn't sit too well with the frustrated and vengeful lion, so he took off towards the deserts pat the Outlands. The dusty air parched his throat and his drying tongue failed at keeping himself cool. There was no water out here- nothing.
"Maybe this wasn't such a good idea," he thought to himself as he looked up at the flaming sun the hot and hazy sky. At least it was the rainy season. There had to be an oasis around her somewhere right? There always was. So- Denali walked for a bit longer, feet dragging on the ground a bit in fatigue. He wasn't really paying any particular attention to where he was going- he just was.
It was only when the sandy ground beneath his feet changed into grass, and then the sound of water rushed into his ears. Denali lifted his head and looked around him.
"Oasis," he said aloud with a smirk on his face. Noting the two younger ones in the stream, as well as the other lion and the lioness on the bank, he opted to keep his distance, but watched them carefully keeping to himself. He carefully crept up to the water's edge and started lapping up the water, feeling his energy returning to him with each drink. When he had satisfied himself, he sighed, wading into the cool waters up to his mid-sides, then getting back out again a bit closer to the other lions. When he emerged, he shook the remaining water off of his coat and flopped down into the grass.
