recent art, I've been improving

Hey all just letting you knowm y art has been seriously improving of late (well it has to be ... *hehe* ) ... I think I'll update this thread periodically month to month as I go through collage and such... Just to see how far I go .. .if at all

you'll notice all the above are in the relatively same position... they were actually drawn at completely different times... and without reference... it's sort of an excorcise to keep the positions/poses the same from drawing to drawing (I also made a spin wheel of Teferi sitting while talking and blinking periotically but I can't post that

I did do a rough outline of a lioness walking: Right here will probably work more on the running/walking later though..

that's pretty good....even I have trouble w/ running, occasionally walking...depends on the char and such.

like Tefer's mane style when did he get a jewel or pink marking on his forehead?

Thanks Truth be told the most trouble I have with movement (run/walk/etc) is keeping the body length well and the key frames it depends *heh*

I'd forgotten about the mark ... I had to change the mark on his forehead a few months ago... the old one wasn't working out and this one ties in with his backstory anyways... (now symbolizing the five-star constulation of Jyotish. (previously the symbol of the Jyotish battles)

*heh* I've already joined TLKFAA (click my sig to see) ... I haven't updated it in forever ... and all pictures I have on my account there are terrible... (I mean really terrible ...)[may have to remove the pics soon too due copywrite laws and stuff ] *heh* but I don't think I'd pass for aotm anyways... my art is a bit bland hopefully I'll improve this coming month

I was wondering about the new look myself. I like it a lot though, too, espeically the braid. It suits him and maybe it should be for all royalty among those regions.

So have you decided to change Kamaria's look and style, too? :wink wink:

actually... the braid was meant to be a symbol of his status as royalty... amung the kendrasaras and K'shashara...


Kamaria may be getting a change too ... and I've been trying out new ways... but so far still haven't decided... am taking suggestions for her though , if you have any thoughts on how I should change her
