As the title suggests, i am considering picking him up he seems quite solid all round but the fell calls seem very situational. They will be alongside my Magnus Agenda force using the Traitor version. Does anyone here have experience using them in Mk2?

Xiel seems quite taken with him. Suppose it's what you fancy I guess. They seem like a unit that can take care of itself and are pretty damn tough with ARM 16, 4+ tough rolls when you use one of the fell calls and he's got another to make them all stand up again! But 9pts for a full unit is quite pricey.
Nice models too. -------------------- "Defying Evolution since 1983"

Boomhowler & Co are the tarpitiest of tarpit units available in MKii so far. There's really no reason NOT to use the 4+ Tough every turn unless >50% of the unit is knocked down and you want to charge.

They get even better if you can make them immune to knockdown (Gorten's Solid Ground or epic Caine's Heightened Reflexes for instance) as then they don't even fall down when they pass the 4+ tough rolls.
