I'm not sure if I know what you mean, but if a model is under the effect of Sure Foot and passes his tough check, he just stays standing!

so he can move and hit not just one of them ?

The "tough" model who passed its check would just stay standing and act as normal in its following turn. Even if the spell is somehow dispelled soon after. As long as a model is within 3" of (who is it, I forget? Is it Madrak?) the caster it can't be knocked down.

OK Martyn it works like this.
When a model takes sufficent damage to be destroyed it takes a Tough roll.
If you fail the Tough you are Destroyed.
If you Pass the Tough Roll you are reduced to 1 wound and Knocked Down.
If you are immune to being knockdown (ie. via Sure Foot), you still follow everything above except the last part (in Italic's)
As you are never knocked down, during its activation it may activate as normal and does not have to foreit anything.
Being able to be Knocked Down isn't a requirement of getting a Tough Roll, its a side effect of it if you make it.
