Quite a bit more bans, but some of them were like spamming bots.

I doubt the admins will abuse it. I personally think it's a good new rule.

No one's behavior has been anywhere NEAR the level of being banned lately... and if there are no specific cases of abuse, I can see the rule working... although a list of the highlights would come in handy.
