You should, cause even thought it's low-budget it's... adorable. Like, toecurlingly so. Oooh man.

I do wonder how you always manage to see all those awesome, pretty unknown slash movies. Maybe I should move to the UK :D (Or maybe I should just get me some faster internet and start downloading already)

Btw, I saw you talking about Loving Annabelle in this thread. Is it nice? Cause I saw a trailer and thought it might be a bit.. hmm.. I don't know. Icky? :D

Oh good! Low budget indie films rock.

I go looking for them :D. Film Four seems to fund a lot of them (and yay for free view!) it is a channel too! Do you have Film Four? They are always showing independent films so I keep recording them off the telly (usually at a faster rate than I can watch them, lol.) The rest I pick up from the godsend store that is Fopp. If you have film four The Adventures of Priscilla is on again on Wednesday! Yayness. Fopp has a really great section for foreign language films though so I’ll be sure to look for Yossi & Jagger.

I really like Loving Annabelle. I don’t think it is icky at all. Or wait, do you mean icky as in soppy love story that is bordering on teen high school movie and is quite superficial? in which case maybe it is… a little, lol. But it is a lot more tragic, the characters are a lot more messed up and flawed. They’re all in catholic boarding school because they’ve been put there by their parents to straighten out the mess they’ve made with their lives rather than because they’re religious, it seems. If you meant icky from a student/teacher love story point then I think not at all, that part is really beautiful.

Haha, I don't know in which way I meant icky.. maybe in the teacher/student thing which is really quite ironic since I'm an infamous teachercrusher myself, haha. But anyway, if I get the chance I'm going to see it! Thanks!

And I'm so jealous at that awesome channel! We don't have it here unfortunately so it seems I have to move after all ^_^

I'm racking my brain to think of more slashy books and/or movies but I can't think of anything that hasn't been said before. Hmmm.

I saw Yossi and Jagger!! <333333  Complete brilliantness.

I saw Waiting for Godot a couple of weeks ago and I'd never thought it was slashy before until this production but they were like an old married couple it was completely awesome and hilarious and hugely thought provoking.
