Game: Team Fortress 2
How to obtain: Die from fall damage 50 times as a Scout.

Name: OK, YOU MUST HAVE CHEATED
Game: Mega Man (any)
How to obtain: Beat the whole game without taking damage once, picking up any powerups, or using anything but the standard blaster (you are also forbidden to charge it).

Name: MY BOAT IS ON FIRE
Game: Left 4 Dead
How to obtain: After the boat arrives in Death Toll, set it on fire with a Molotov.

Name: GOD DAMN SMOKERS
Game: Left 4 Dead
How to obtain: Be the only one to be pulled by a Smoker in any campaign.

Yeah, I was watching a Final Fantasy X Let's Play right before posting. <_< After hearing the narration, I can hardly think of that scene without at least smiling. I came up with a couple more.
