Ok, one of these ten will lose a pitch that they wrote, two of them wrote two pitches, how did they do? Who will be turned down to write more? Lets find out what the judges said about each pitch. Starting with the first one pitched, called:

First off, I must say I never was the greatest Star Wars fan. However, I did put that aside. Overall, the movie idea is a great one, and I feel that is has something. I think the choice of wording was a little difficult to understand. However, I do think the movie is explained in a way that can grab someone's attention, especially a sci-fi fan.. I give this movie a 7 out of 10.
Ryan:
Seeing as I have seen all the Star Wars movies. I think this is just Episode 3 with a new title and new cast. Maybe try a different storyline as this has been done.

Although I am not a big star wars fan, I find that you have put a lot of thought into your idea. Your plot line is detailed enough to carry your charicters through a movie. That is what you want to go far, not only good interesting charicters but, a good plot line as well.

I like how this pitch is short, and to the point. However, I do feel that just a little more could have been added. To me, it sounds more like a "chick flick", but I may be wrong. It also seems like it could be a little boring for some audiences, and I will be honest and put myself into that group. I give this movie a 4 out of 10.

I could this see as a movie. People learning about stuff and being a good drama. I would like more info though

I really like how this is set up. I like how there are 4 different personalities of friends, and they all get together to work on a big project. It seems like something that would be enjoyable to watch. However, it may also be a bit "nice" for some audiences, this time myself not included. It also seems like it could be set up for a sequel, which is really neat. I give this movie a 9 out of 10.

I love the idea for this movie. Like cory said I love the different personalities. Also of course I love a great Bank heist movie

THE AMAZING RACE ALL STARS

Well, this one is interesting. Interesting in the fact that it takes a reality show and puts it on the big screen. A neat idea. One big downfall I see is the cast choices. They are almost all from the past 2 season of the show. I think more variety is needed. Also, with some of the teams chosen, an all out World War III may occur, which could be interersting to some, but offensive to others. I don't see how this will all work out as a whole just yet. In my opinion, I would save this for actual television. I give this movie a 4 out of 10.
Ryan:
It was good. I would like to see an All Star TAR cast. Like Cory said though it could have used more varity because Rob/Brennan were my alltime fav team.

Reading fan fic stories about your favorite reality contestants is sometimes fun. You get to create your own stories for them. However, it is sometimes hard to look at a story like this objectively as it has real names and real people that we ourselves are already familiar with.

I like the idea of the three people not knowing eachother, but crossing paths. However, I do not think enough information is given to truly understand what this movie is about. An interesting concept, but needs more. I give this movie a 5 out of 10.

I love this idea! I really think everything that needs to be said for a pitch is given. I also think it will grab the attention of an audience, possibly even teaching them a lesson. I give this movie a 10 out of 10.

Ok this is my favortie idea at all of them. It seems very original to me and I can this as a movie. She looks around seeing a new world and everyone around her has changed.

This is a good description as well, because, you tell us what your movie is about, yet you dont give us all the facts. You leave room for mystery, yet, we have an idea of where it may go. Also makes the reader wonder how this person got in a coma

UNTITLED MOVIE ABOUT THREE FRIENDS

Short. Probably too short to explain a basic story line. Probably a little boring as well. I personally would not want to sit through a movie going through the lives of three friends. I think that this could be better if the characters were girls. But overall, not too bad of an idea. Adding the line "and the friends that almost tear them apart" I think adds some excitement to the story-line. I give this movie a 4 out of 10.

This description didnt give me much to go on. I dont know if this is a mystery, action, or just a drama. I would have liked to have heard a little more here either about the characters or a plot.

BIG BROTHER

Big Brother: The Movie. Could be interesting, but could also be too simple and recognizable. It seems like just a new season of Big Brother, except you see it all at one sitting. It doesn't do much for me, because it seems more like a television pitch, rather than a movie pitch. I give this movie a 2 out of 10.

Well I love the show big brother but I am afraid it needs something. It does sound like a regular season but maybe next time explain the twists so we have a better idea

Again, everyone loves to read fan fic. This could be really good. You didnt state if you were using real contestants or making up your own charicters. To the reader, it would make a big difference.

Well, I'm not real sure of what to say. I think it is a cool idea, but at the same time it seems a little risky. But riskiness is not always a bad thing. Older people might get offended, and I can only think about the poor old lady so sweet and nice getting stolen from! It's kind of sad, really. Myabe if some humor were involved. I give this movie a 3 out of 10.

I can't tell if this is Comedy or like a serious kinda let's Rob everyone movie. Because it would be sad to see the old people getting robbed but if it was a comedy movie I could move past that

This idea is really cool! It has action, and at the same time, seriousness. It puts us in current times, and can be really interesting to watch. I think this movie can go somewhere! I give this movie a 9 out of 10.

WOW I love this idea it reminds me of Resident Evil. More like the game and not the movie. I could see this as a movie and would love to see it

Very interesting. In the real world, all kinds of scary things threaten our world. Any time a movie comes along that involves an epedimic of some kind usually does very well if directed right. Here you have strangers, so we of course will get to see them all get to know each other, and their is a goal, plot..to get away. Thumbs up!

I think this movie idea is unique, and interesting. However, 14 friends! That's alot, lol. But overall, a good idea. I do think it would be interesting in the mystery aspect of things. I give this movie an 8 out of 10.

I always love a great murder mystery as in who did it and why. I think this has potential like a reality show maybe but if it is a movie. I think the cast is way too big. 8 out of 10

In my opinion, this could be a great scary movie. Although I dont like scary movies I do understand the eliment of surprise

This movie has a cool foreign theme to it. Good old Japenese. It seems like a film that could have a horror theme to it as well. I don't know how the audience would respond, however. I give this movie a 6 out of 10.

It sounds like it could be something that she did or maybe horror. I would love for people to say the genre it is because it gets confusing. But anyways I could see this as a good horror flick but I am not too big on Horror though

Before I announce who is not in the bottom two, I would like to state that there was a tie for last place between 4 pitches!
The three judges ranked the 12 pitches according to their taste, and what not. The one pitch that is not in the bottom three actually was high up on 2 of the three judges list.
The pitch that is mentioned next is the one the judges liked most in their rankings.
UNTITLED DREAMS COME TRUE MOVIE will be returning for the next round!
Now either the Star Wars: The Sith Wars Episode 1 or the Untitled Robbing Rich Elderly Homes Movie will be eliminated, and will not be moving on, the other will be but just barely.
2 of the judges placed one of those two pitches as their least fav. While the other Judge placed it in their top 5. The other pitch, the one that is not being eliminated, was put at different places on each of the judges list. One put it in their top 5, another put it in the 10th position. The other thought it deserved to be bottom two but not the one to leave.
With all that said, I wanna ask Mandie what she thinks of the bottom two pitches:

The star wars pitch imo, was hard to grasp the idea because the description had too many details that confused me. As for the robbing rich elderly homes I think was hard to grasp because it didnt state what kind of movie it was going to be.
which one do you think will be eliminated?

Out of those two i would guess that it would be star wars but i could be wrong
Ok, well with that, I am gonna say that Mandie is exactly correct, the Star Wars pitch has been rejected, but I will just have to say that I think all the twelve pitches were all good efforts, and I am happy that you ten writers are apart of this.
Connor, the Star Wars pitch was yours, and you have 1 more pitch in the game left, good luck with that one. Hope you try with your Star Wars pitch again next time or something, thanks for trying
