I think that's more of a fandom sort of thing there. There was no real proof of a (possible) relationship in the game.

Verona, I think (correct me if I'm wrong) started the whole DimitrixNeyla thing. Because she's such a prominent figure in the Sly Cooper fandom, people instantly began spreading the pairing like a little flu. D:
Not saying anything bad, I personally love the pairing, even though I see no real support of it in the game. BUT THAT DOES NOT MATTER. He refers to her as being attractive, not that he'd actually date her.
Truth be told, Dimitri has about as much a chance of speaking proper english as he does holding a steady relationship. l3 Neyla, also, seems more of a loner. She seems only interested in men if it'll benefit her (i.e., like Sly). I personally think Dimitri wouldn't have much interest in actually dating her, more or less he'd probably prefer a, ahem, little romp. He's not the boyfriend type. c: Then again, I dunno.
