and btw,because I was so dumb back then,this topic was meant to be in Sly 2 not here.

Sly 2: You can use the Megajump in one job (can't remember the name) in the last episode. You can also get the Megajump with this code. Start, right, left, right, left, R1, left.

Sly 3: I think Meajump is only in the original American version of the game, and you need some extra gadget for your PS to use it (but I'm not quite sure about this).

I hate it when people say it doesn't exist. It works for me and always has o_O
Unless it only works on the PAL version
or you also might not be pressing the buttons fast enough
