If it were the older 4kids, I would probably take some pepto bismal and then proceed to watch it somewhat happily, though I might have a stomach ache afterwards. Hence the pepto.

If it were the newer 4kids, I would probably hunt them down, attempt to murder them, and instead be apprehended on the first floor by their corrupt ninja-like janitors.

The president of 4kids would then proceed to ridicule me at my pitiful attempt to stop his destruction of decent animation ideas and devour my brain matter.

Though I'm not extremely crazy about it, I would prefer if Sly Cooper was a older kid-orientated anime-like show (since obviously, considering most fans' ages, a more adult and serious version would be moot). The animation would, in my opinion, flow better into an anime style than anything else at the moment. Unless we perhaps dwelled on the possibility of an older Disney style, which would be love, except that I don't trust Disney with anything now and days. Pixar is okay though, maybe they'd make it?

Plus, 4kids has this thing were they like to take good plotlines and scripts, butcher them, chew them up, shat them out, and then place them on the air. A lot of SC's original storyline would be messed with or cut out for it to attract the kiddies and appeal to parents. Because there's some surprising stuff in SC that they managed to get away with. And I would cry and cry and cry if that happened; there's already plenty of plotholes by the end of the series.

-shot for rambling-

i can has sly cooper by japanese now?

Ack! I forgot their Twilight fangirls. Thrice as powerful and deadly as the janitors. Their abilities include throwing the books with deadly speed and accuracy, babbling on about the series until the normal person's brain melts, and screeching "ILU EDWARD BARE MY CHILDREN" at a decible so loud that it can paralize it's victims and rupture organs. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT say that Jacob is better than Edward within their hearing range (which is impossible, as they are everywhere). This will cause them to go into a rabid frenzy.

In the SC2 plot, every time the word "spice" is mentioned, you can replace it with "crack" and everything would still make sense.

Also, Sly Cooper features subjects such as death, drugs, violence, greed, emotional issues, and lust.

It can even touch on controversial topics like surpremists, Nazism, sexists, etc. I might be reading into it too much, but it can definitely be there with a little looking.

But hey, that's what makes it a great game. ;D
But /not/ a great childrens show.

Oh, and that comment I made up there about it being "anime"...
Yeah, screw that. :c
I'd like them to just keep it comic style-esque.
