Lycan-Human Relations, The 'safe for work' kind

Hey...I'm the guest from last night when we were talking about Face-Eaten-Guy--if anyone remembers that. xD I'm probably just having a really big 'durrr' moment here, but I'd like to confirm a few details I couldn't find anywhere.

Lycans aren't 'Lycan and Proud' generally-speaking. Y/N?

And how 'common knowledge' is the existence of werewolves? For instance: are the humans aware that there are werewolves in the area and/or that the two gangs are actually werewolf packs?

Werewolves age significantly slower than humans. Y/N?

Whether a lycan is "lycan and proud" depends on the individual. If you want him to be a proud lycan, go for it. I know there are several lycans on the board who are proud of what they are, but still keep it on the down low.

As for the humans knowing of the supernatural and such, it depends on that human as well. MOST do not know about them, but there are people like Judge Anderson Sawyer who have came into contact with such beings and using them to his advantage and blah blah blah. Haha.

And what do you mean by slower? Mentally? Physically, no they are much faster and MUCH stronger then humans. Mentally, lol well that also depends on the person.

So then it would be safe to assume that most humans view things like lycanism to be just a scary story/rumour and would probably be the pitchfork-toting silver-wielding angry mob types if they ever found out that werewolves were living among them?

And by aging slower I actually meant more along the lines of appearance-wise. Meaning someone 100 years or so could pass for someone in their 50s and so on.

Omgosh I feel so silly. I read that wrong. HA! YES THEY DO AGE SLOWER 8D... And actually will STOP aging at a certain point in their life. I don't remember if I included that in the info or not. :| If not I'm going to have to.

And yes it is safe to assume some humans would be the pitch fork wielding type. lol ESPECIALLY in the Wild West era.

I figured the age-appearance thing was probably just supposed to be obvious--which really it was...I mean, obviously Jeremy Renner isn't 68. Not even a 'very youthful looking' 68. xD But since I had other questions anyways, I figured I might as well not assume and give you guys more work later in the application process.
