the rules, READ THEM!

Please follow all rules that way the board runs smoother and drama doesn't happen outside of roleplaying. Above all the rules though, please respect everyone.

1. This board is rated R. For possible strong language, violence, sex, drug use, alcohol use, and the such. There is no age requirement to join but just be mature about it.

2. When registering for a username please use both first and last names. A middle name is NOT required but if you'd like to do that go ahead and knock yourself out.

3. When filling out the application be sure to check the canon list and used avatar list so as not to have duplicated characters. Yes, twins are allowed but that must be worked out with the original character that has your used avatar. Only a certain limit of twins will be allowed, this usually isn't a big deal.

4. Please try to complete your application when you post it. So that either means you copy the template and fill it out then post it or just do it on the spot. Just so we know who actually took the time to glance over them. I realize things come up but if you post an application for a canon character an someone else is waiting to see if you finish your application things can get held up. That being said if you haven't finished your application within 5 days your account will be deleted and your application will be moved to the Declined Application forum. Feel free to start a new application however.

5. There is no character limit for this board but please make sure you keep all your characters active. If you can't handle all the characters you have made you may post a thread so that someone else may play them.

6. Cussing is acceptable just as long as you don't do it all the time.

7. Sexual content is allowed but keep it as vague as possible. That means don't make it explicit. This is a rated R board for a reason not a rated NC-17 board. It would be courteous to put a warning in the title. Euphemisms would be the greatest route. So that means you can say crotch but not penis, cock, vagina, or cunt. Make sense? You may say fuck if your character is saying it but not as a verb. Just because that's not poetic at all.

8. So then on to pregnancies. Only one to two pregnant woman at a time. Characters aren't bunnies they don't reproduce at the speed of light.

9. No kill offs allowed unless you have cleared it with an admin first.

10. No godmoding. Why? Because it's a little ridiculous basically posting for the other poster.

11. There is an edit button for a reason. Please use it. If you double post by accident use the edit button and if it's really that big of a deal you can PM one of the Admins to delete it for you considering there is no delete button for members.

12. However, don't PM an admin about every little single thing. Most of you are over the age of 13. School should have at least taught you some common sense. I hope it wasn't that worthless.

13. When posting please try and type 2 paragraphs of at LEAST 5+ lines. Not sentences, lines. It just gives the other person more to work with rather than. "Oh okay." he said.

14. Avatars should only be 100x100. Signature banners should only be 550x350 at MOST. One or the other is required so we have some idea of what your character looks like. Please no anime/cartoon avatars. Supermodels are allowed but regular models and the such are not.

15. Spamming should be kept to the OOC forums. I'm fine with it, if post count really means that much to you. Though please keep in character and ONLY post out of character stuff in the OOC forums. There is a particular forum for advertisements. When posting an advertisement for another site please be courteous and post one of Seattle Grace on that site as well.

There is no little thing for you to put in your application, I will assume that you have at least clicked on the rules and used the find option to see if you do. However, you have the responsibility to follow the rules and if you are pulled aside for having broken a rule don't give me the crap ass answer of "I didn't know that was in the rules."
