The kid was shouting at him from above deck. Something about chicken and dumplings... He wasn't really paying attention. Faerie' was still checking out the lady, well, until Lucian plopped down he hole that Fenyx had made using Faerie' as a nail and his lance as a hammer. "Damn it, yo. You got a piss poor attitude when your friend comes to hang out for a while, and then you sick the dogs on me and block my view. What's going on with that, ya know?"
The Fire Bringer wasn't butt hurt, just surprised at the reception he'd gotten. Fenyx he might have expected it from. They had a thing from way back when. Fenyx hated Faerie's pal Caithann, Caithann hated Fenyx, and Faerie' took his bud's side when the dragonmancer did his little hoppy assaults on Caithann's face. It worked out to make Fenyx a big jerk and Faerie' the inevitable bad guy. He was fine with that, though. Faerie' didn't really like Fenyx's dull personality. He seemed like the kind of guy who wouldn't let him self have a good time at a party. He probably turned down sex, too.
Faerie shrugged and tried to stand up straight in the little hallway. "Ionno man. If you really don't want me here, I'll head out. Just... Try not being a jerkface next time I swing by, alright?" He nodded, lifting up both hands, palms flat and facing each other.
"I'm out, yo." He slammed his hands together and a tuft of flames engulfed him. It jetted out harmlessly for a half-second before both it and the Fire Bringer disappeared.

Fenyx twisted his torso, taking the spear's other half and driving it into the floor beneath him lest he fall into the hole alongside Faerie'. His body jerked to the side at the sudden shift, yanking his shoulder roughly as the dragoon came to a stop. With a quiet grunt of discontent, he repeated the process with his other lance, using the two to hoist himself up back onto the upper deck.
Once he got to his feet, Fenyx shifted the grip on one of Hyperion's halves, eyeing a spot just between Faerie's shoulders. He tenses his arm and prepared for the throw, but then his body locked up - followed shortly by a thick, gravelly voice.
"Honor!" The ancient all father called, his voice mighty enough to nearly bring Fenyx to his knees. Was it actually Wyvar? Doubtful. A memory of teachings vivid enough to visibly shake the dragoon for nearly breaking his practice.
The lycan slammed the weapon halves together, binding them to their pure form and wiped the sweat that acculumated in those two seconds from his brow. It may seem practical to breach protocal when you're god is an old man on a cloud. But when the Allfather is a massive obsidian wyrm... you follow orders, just in case.
You would have dishonored yourself from a pursued foe. Eisa spoke in his heart.
Looking down at where Faerie' stood, a small scowl on his face, Fenyx turned his head and nodded to nobody with a quiet growl.
"I know."
He then turned and walked towards the front of the deck, his eyes setting on the sea before them.

"Captain." Rilian charged into the shallow inlet where the boat was landed and flung himself at the netting on the side of the ship. Water logged and laden with armor, he realized the climb was going to be slow. He had no idea how the captain and Fix had managed to practically fly onto the ship. He didn't know human legs could carry a man that far into the air. There were a lot of things Rilian didn't know. He knew that this blond-headed red jacket clown wasn't welcome, though, and he aimed to alleviate that problem, at least.
Hand over hand Rilian lurched up the side of the ship. Why they didn't have a rope ladder, he never understood. When they were docked it was easy enough to lower down a gang plank, but here there was no such luck. "Shit," he hissed. Luckily as the sea water drained from his trousers every inch became easier than the last. His fingers strung through the net, straining. His knuckles turned white as he climbed. Rilian's foot got caught once, and he struggled to free it, knowing he was wasting time instead of coming to the boy captain's aid.
There was a loud crack and a crunch like wood breaking. What's going on up there? He finally mounted the ship's wooden railing and flopped over onto the deck. Only slightly disoriented, he ducked bast some low hanging mast ropes and jolted up the steps to the captain's wheel, where Fix stood over a gaping hole in the deck leading to the cabin areas down below. "What happened," he questioned the bigger man, paying him only enough attention to beg an answer before Rilian turned to look down the hole. He saw Lucian, Rain, and the tail end of the fiery man's exit as he clapped his hands and the flames dissipated.
"What's going on now?"

Lucian stood confused. "He.. actually left?" That ruined his fun for sure. He had wanted to hit Faerie' some more. Sad day. A small sigh escaped the captain as he looked at Val and Rain.
"That was lame. AND my boat has a big hole in it! Gah!" He looked up at Fix through the hole and furrowed his brows. "He called ME the jerkface!" Then Lucian saw his buddy Rilian, dripping wet for some reason. It's like he did something silly like climbing up the net on the side of the boat rather than walk up the gang plank. The boy captain would have laughed but, really, Faerie ruined his laugh for a while.
"Why are you wet?" Was all he said, accompanied by a small grunt as he pulled himself out of the new entrance to the rooms below deck. He didn't really wait for an answer, though he listened for it. He was curious, just, they needed to be on their way to wherever they wanted to go. Realizing he didn't know anywhere else that was having trouble he shouted out for a vote.
Somehow, most of the crew members said nothing when normally they had a lot to say, maybe it was because the boat's injuries were coming out of their pay, according to Val. Lucian didn't know and was more annoyed that no suggestions came up and was becoming more and more so until one of the new recruits piped up.
"We can go to the Amore Festival... I was heading their before I got captures. It's in Tristan." A short pause while the captain stared at the deck. "...Captain." That made Lucian smile. Not that he particularly liked being called captain, but still. The new recruit corrected himself and that was funny, right?
"Alright then! To Tristan! Where the fun will be plenty and, the best part, no Aesir!" Not many out of his crew knew too much about Lucian's past experiences with the Aesir, and some didn't even know who the Aesir was really. the boy captain figured it was best that way. Easier to not get involved with that whole thing again. He was an anti pirate pirate now and he planned to be until he died.
