((Fresh slate from last thread))

Fenyx began to stir sometime around midday. Needless to say, some of the priests were surprised to see him pacing around the hallways despite his condition from last night. When one of the elders stopped to inspect him, he was surprised when one of his spindly pale fingers traced a line over where there had been a worrisome gash across Fenyx's side. It was clear at this point there was something beyond Fenyx's appearance.
Since there was no ill will in the man, the dirty details of his true nature were swept under the rug and not held against him.

The lycan took a little bit of time to redress his wounds again, now sporting white bandages instead of soaked and red ones, it certainly helped his image as he continued pacing the hallways. He was getting a little concerned, Anaia's little episode last night left her unconscious, and was wondering how she was doing.

Fenyx was also waiting for the others to be up and moving. PArt of him wanted to just leave now, but that wouldn't be the case. The whole team needed rest, himself still included even though he shorted himself on sleep. He wanted to get to Anur; something in his gut was worrying him about the obsidian city.

Nianna woke a little after Fenyx had departed, shoulders stiff and joints protesting as she picked herself up. She rolled each arm experimentally before stretching and began her inspection of her person. After she had accounted for all her weapons and tools, she checked the left overs of her wounds, moving to collect the empty cylinder she had given Fenyx that had contained medicine. It was potent stuff and her clan really didn't like to share secrets much. After pocketing everything she needed, Nianna drew two daggers from the sheath that ran the distance of her spin and began working her way through some light exercises. About midway through she could feel her muscles and limbs finally relaxing and her flexibility returning. Given she was feeling awake now, the blood finally working through her veins and giving her warmth, she cut her exercises short and slid the knives back where they belonged.

She cracked the door open slightly, before opening it just enough to slide out of the room and closed it softly behind her. She had heard Fenyx wake up, but didn't feel the need to move at the time, so now she began her search for the lycan. Her own features warped slightly, colors become more "natural" as her other features and scars faded under the weaving of her illusion.

Anaia was up in awhile, her stubborness kept her from sleeping to late. She didn't want to drag Fenyx into her own problems or his schedule. She knew he was a busy man but she just couldn't sleep all day, and besides the sun made her feel like a jumpstart in her immune system and recovery. Maybe it was the plants...? Well, she didn't know, but she felt great out in the day time. She quietly opened the door and looked around for any sign of that woman or Fenyx seeing no sign she rushed out and to the beach and then sat down, crossing her legs.

Oh, that's right! She was supposed to watch the sunrise or sunset with Fenyx, but...she came. And he has spent most of her time with him. She sighed, she felt like an envious child twith which a new addition to the 'family' brought stress and jealousy. She looked into the water, the rolling waves, the sounds they made constantly made her relax herself. Even with these injuries, all she could think about was that relaxing sound that put her mind and body to ease.

"...." She wanted to share this with Fenyx, but he was probably loads busy with 'worrying' like he usually does.

Valenar had stayed in the court yard area for the rest of the night and for sometime after sunrise. Valenar just sat under one of the trees and thought about all that had happened recently. What exactly was going on Valenar wasn't even sure, he had only been outside of the dark elven compound for a short time. He had not gotten to cover any real great distance since he left a year ago. Most of what he had seen was wilderness not to much in the way of cities. What little dealings he had with people had been kept short. Maybe it was time for Valenar to ask his companions what exactly was going on. Obviously there was a war going on, but what side did he fall on who were his allies and enemies?

As Valenar was sitting there thinking other people many priests began coming and going through the courtyard garden area. Some time during Valenar's thinking the priests had had there morning meditation and were just finishing up as Valenar began to stand up. Valenar stretched a little to get his muscles warmed and loosened up then he started to heads towards Fenyx's and Anaia's rooms. It was time for him to ask some questions and hopefully get some answers.

Adrick lay on his side slowly breathing as he dozed lightly, he'd not completley given up unsealing his demons but on a partial level it helped his pain and mental torment. Otherwise the sense of duality had wiped any feeling of him detecting those that carried his blood. They must have expulsed the taint and continued with their days. Watching as the sun light up the sky outside his current room the demonkin sighed and waited. Maybe he would die or maybe he would be left to rot. Either way it wasn't anything he desired

The room came into view as Salem opened his eyes. He looked around, and it took him a moment to remember where he was. Sometime last night he had fallen asleep, though he hadn't noticed. He then remembered what had happened the night before, and why he was here. He had plenty of questions, and he wanted to find the other travelers. He wandered down the hall to find their rooms, but most of the doors were closed, so Salem assumed they were sleeping, but others were wide open, but alas, the occupants had long since left. He doubted they would have left with their group incomplete, so they were likely still around the village somewhere.

Then he wandered upon a door that was cracked a bit, with the insignia of the priests on the door. He peeked inside, and as he thought, the attacker from the night before was there. He gave a knock on the doorframe as he entered to call his attention.

He stood near the doorway as he glared at the man strapped to the bed. He was awake, even though his body hadn't improved a whole lot from its injuries, though he could tell they had some.

"So, I have a lot of questions to ask people today, so I suppose I'll start with you, seeing as how you're the first I've found." Salem told him. "Let's start easy, alright? Who are you? Why are you here? You targeted the Lycan last night, and I'd like to know why."

As he spoke, he drew his sword, letting it swing from his arm next to his side. He wasn't normally one for unnecessary violence, but the sense of control he had persuaded him to use torture if necessary. Besides, this man didn't seem to be the cooperative type, Salem thought.

Adrick heard the door to his quarters open after a quick knock on the door frame. The sound woke his from his dozing, being aware of his body now he glanced down and saw that he'd been stripped from the waist up and then strapped down to the bed with heavy lashes. Not to much of a problem. They'd left his bandages on his left arm on, smart move the long term injury there would weaken the guts of many a man. Teaches him for fighting dragons. Listening to the mans orders Adrick felt a small pang of intolerence at the mage who did he think he was. Turning his head to face the man as best he could he let his eyes flash as he summoned what little psychic strength he had and buffering it from his own stamina slowly unbound him from his restraints.

Breathing in quick pants of air to try to and recover he grunted and rolled over so his body was facing the mage. Narrowing his eyes at the same blade which had opened his back open. Testing his right arm to see if the poison had truley claimed his limb to his surprise he found that he had feeling and pain, clenching his hand into a fist the limb felt sluggish and slow but it worked. Pushing himself up so that he was sitting up the demonickin regarded the mage. Gently setting his broken leg on the floor he felt a rush of pain as the blood recirculated into the drained limb. Wincing slightly he looked up into the mages eyes without blinking. Slowly thinking through his answers to the mages orders he found himself grinning silghtly. What was wrong with him, why had he started smiling. He wasn't any closer to death.

I would suggest sheathing your blade, mage. Even one of my lineage is smart enough to know that drawing steel with intention in a holy place is asking for trouble.

Who am I?

Coughing slightly to clear his throat of dry spittle and phlegm. Narrowing his eyes again dangerously he made sure that the mage understood this point firmly

It's good manners and formality to introduce yourself first before demanding names or titles from others. You dont hold any authourity over me.

I'm here because I'm a traveler, looking for work on this island. As for the lycan....Well he attacked me not the other way around. Now perhaps you can tell me why you were sneaking around a holy place and then deciding to bring a night of bloodshed and battle to these holy grounds. Afterall you did fire the first spell not me.

Salem raised an eyebrow as the straps containing the man slowly undid themselves, proving that had he wanted to, he could have freed himself any time during the night and gotten loose, or worse, attacked them. Salem realized this man was a psychic, those who wielded powerful mental magic. He had read up on them before, but had never seen one face to face. He must have been able to copy my attack last night by seeing how I performed it in my mind... Salem noted.

The man tested his muscles and limbs before acknowledging Salem's presence. He seemed to shirk in pain a couple times, and Salem guessed the wounds hidden under the bandages were pretty fierce. The man finally spoke up, recommending he put away his sword. Salem wasn't one for religion, as he really didn't care, but he didn't want to start another outbreak of violence while he was asking questions, so he obliged.

The man repeated his question and cleared his throat, seeming to stall for time, it looked like to Salem, but he couldn't be sure. The man demanded that Salem reveal his own identity first, as it was "good manners". Salem was quite polite, but he had never heard of that mannerism. However, he still wanted answers, so he spoke up.

"I'm Salem Ahira, a wandering mage." Salem spoke plainly. He wasn't going to state any more, for that was a sufficient answer, in his eyes.

"I'm here because I'm a traveler, looking for work on this island." The psychic spoke. A likely excuse... Salem thought. "As for the lycan....Well, he attacked me, not the other way around. Now perhaps you can tell me why you were sneaking around a holy place and then deciding to bring a night of bloodshed and battle to these holy grounds. Afterall, you did fire the first spell not me."

Salem furrowed his brow. Was this guy serious? Sure, it might be a believable excuse to the others, who weren't there when it started, but Salem wasn't fool.

"Do you take me for an idiot? It was a preemptive strike. One could easily detect the murderous intent. Your posture, the look on your face, like a cat ready to pounce. The air screamed of bloodlust. Anyone skilled in magic or psychic arts would have been able to pick up on the kind of energies that were about. And if that wasn't enough, who sits in a tree outside someone's inn room at night? That was suspiscious enough, I should think." Salem told him. He left out the part where his vampire sense could smell the bloodlust. That wasn't a necessary piece. "I attacked before you could, to protect the others inside." Salem said, his voice stern.

"Now, answer me, for I have answered you. Who are you?"

"Ow!" Fenyx grunted as he pulled at the hinge on the side of his greave. He put a bloodied finger in his mouth as he inspected the sharp metal. "It's designed to come off!"
Vidar simply shook his head, "You didn't try taking these off last night?"
"No, I had somebody try to kill me, pardon my being on edge, yeah?" The lycan grumbled. "The dwarves didn't have my soul abilities in mind when I had this suit commissioned...Hell, I didn't even think about it." Fenyx sighed, looking at the partially melted joints on his leg.

Fenyx leaned back against the ground, propping his knees up as he reached back and pulled a half of Hyperion from the dragon's saddle-sheathe.
"What are you doing?" The dragon asked, almost parental in it's worry for Fenyx's rash scheme.
"Nothing. Go look over there or something." Fenyx smirked, setting the tip of the weapon against the molten joint and pushing hard with a grunt. A 'ping' was heard, followed by an pained cry.
"You honestly can't tell me you didn't see that coming...." Vidar sighed as Fenyx clutched his knee.
"No. I didn't see that -going-." Fenyx motioned towards the little metal bit that shot off. "Four more." He shrugged.

Soon enough, the metal greaves were discarded and new bandages found their ways around Fenyx's legs. "Let's find the others." He said, using the dragons large body as a screen to swap into a fresh pair of long shorts.

Adrick felt himself loose his smile as the mage introduced himself and then proceded to lecture him on the formalitys of engaging potential prey. Cocking his head in his time honoured fashion the demonickin decided the best way to get the mage to sheath his blade was to at least make an effort at some kind of diplomacy

Gale...Demonic host. Since your so curious.

Letting his expression drop back into the neutrality he was used to Adrick let his gaze shift to the mages forehead. His statement was full of truth but the psychic didn't want to let on to that just yet, instead he would mess with the mage for a bit first, until he sheathed that blade, attacking an innocent in a holy place that would get him killed for sure

I'm sure that I 'looked' suspcious enough but are you aware the effects of drinking someone of my lineages blood? You might have given him a link to you a curse that I would impose on no one but if i were to die...Well psychic demons are known to seek out new prey and since you've drank my blood i'm sure your next in line. Why else would you open my back eh?

Anaia furrowed her eyebrows slightly, with obvious disappointment. She twirled a lock of her dark brown hair absentmindedly, as she shifted her position and her tanned legs pressed against her chest, folded, as her free arm wrapped around them. She looked out with a pout, her eyes closing halfway. She looked more adorable than angry, but that was beside the point. She got up and dusted off the sand from her bottom. She never really liked sediment on her clothing even if these were lent to her and just plain and white.

She trudged out of the beach, looking to find Fenyx, anywhere and anyhow she could. She had a masculine voice seemingly bickering and then a cry or whimper of pain. Just the sound of someone in pain made her own pains hurt, and she clutched her stomach a little. "Sounds painful.." She muttered to herself, rubbing one of the bandages on her cheek. She followed that voice and found it to be Fenyx which her face brightened instantly.

"Fennie!" She said, running to him, not caring that she felt like wincing a bit from her still aching body. She waltzed over to him with a grin. "How're ya feelin'?" She asked, obviously concerned with all of this torn off metal here. She had to keep her bare feet from stepping on them.

"So, uh...do ya remember why I got all these scratches 'n' stuff? Everything's a little fuzzy. I felt like I had to protect ya and then...everything else is a bit foggy. Well, it doesn't matter!" She clutched her white shirt and sighed. "I'm so hungry I could eat the whole world! Gah, when are we gonna eat Fennie?" She was back to her usual self, hunger on the brain as always. Hell, her stomach might as well be her brain.

She looked down slightly at her feet, feeling a question well up in her head.

"...were ya...worried...?" She asked, referring to herself, she did remember when she tried moving to better herself, but not before that.

She found Fenyx, of course, with the little tramp of a girl- figures. With an air of amusement Nianna marched closer, inducing an air of annoyance about her as she neared. Her eyes flashed a mischievious orange for a moment as she glanced at Fenyx. She practically shouted as she approached, voice loud and masculine. "What is it with traveler's and disreguarding a healer's orders. I swear, it's like you lot want to be bed ridden with half healed injuries all your life." Of course, she clearly ignored the oversized dragon as if it were a common thing around the island. She rambled on about nonspecific wounds and injuries that could possibly still be there, making note to make a lot of commotion about the new bandages on Fenyx's legs- as if to prove a point.

"Should just strap you all down to your beds." she ended witha grumble, a ghost of a smile at the edge of her lips. Oh, certainly she was worried about the new injuries Fenyx had gotten himself, but the rest she wasn't too worried about. Her clan's medicine was good, albiet almost no one liked using it due to its rather sharp bite. Judging by the new psychic presence that was steadily recovering their little nighttime interloper was up and about as well.

(OOC: incase you missed it earlier she's under disguise))

Fenyx crouched in the sand, the air hitting the lower part of his shins and moving up his shorts. It was actually quite a different sensation than he was used to. He was glad to be out of the leggings; there's a difference between enjoying the sanctuary given by armor and feeling entombed by it.
"Of course I was worried." He said reassuringly, a light smile on his face as his fingers searched through the sun baked sand, searing for shards of metal. It stung his legs a bit to crouch in such a way, but Fenyx didn't mind it; hell, he knew what he was getting into. For him, 'precision cutting' simply meant HITTING the target. Hyperion made a fine scalpel in a pinch, it seems.
"And as far as what happened to you, I'm not su-..." He started to tell her that he didn't know what happened last night when he heard Nianna calling to them. "Nianna. When have I EVER listened to a doctor's order?" He asked, standing up and sliding a couple pieces of metal into the saddle bag. He'd regret that later when he would hastily dig through it in the future, but it was better than just leaving the shards behind.

"And, I'm not sure we're at the point where you can strap me down to any beds just yet." He said jokingly. He hoped she was in the mood for humor.
He crouched again, rather than take a seat, again putting a slight sting across his thighs and calves. Fenyx rested his wrists on his knees as he looked out to the water. Vidar's heaving breathing suggested that the dragon figured it better to just let Fenyx kill himself slowly and catch a nap.
The lycan looked over to Anaia and eyed her suspiciously, "Eat, again?" He asked honestly. He figured the girl would have breakfast and be set. He wouldn't tell her that he himself skipped the meal for worrying over how to make the best time to Anur.

(("Salem wasn't one for religion, as he really didn't care, but he didn't want to start another outbreak of violence while he was asking questions, so he obliged." Obliged means he went ahead and did it; his sword is sheathed.))

"Gale....Demonic host, since you're so curious."

Salem smirked to himself. It was an odd way to introduce oneself, Salem thought, but it might explain why he was in attack mode last night, if Gale continued to withhold his true intentions. Afterall, who could hold you responsible if you were possessed by demons? Well, Salem could. He wasn't going to think that was a viable excuse, even though Gale hadn't used it as one.

The man informed Salem that the blood he had drank was tainted with demonic psyches, and that the demon that held them would become part of Salem if Gale ever died. I disturbing prospect. But why else would Salem cut open Gale's back? The man seemed to have jumped to conclusions, even if they were correct. But Salem wasn't quite ready to reveal his true nature, so he put up his defenses.

"What are you talking about? Drinking blood? That's sick. I cut you to hurt you, it was a battle. Besides, I'm sure the wolf ingested a whole lot of blood, so he would be the next host, not I." Salem said. He wasn't a very social person, so his lying technique didn't have much practice, and he only hoped it was convincing. Of course, this Gale seemed insane.

OOC: Sorry bout that

Not even bothering to listen to the mages explanations Gale knew the truth and so did the mage wether he chose to admit it. Leaning over to reach for a small pitcher of water on a small stand near the hed of his bed gale took a small sip and swilled it round the inside of his mouth. Gently spitting out the bloody mess on the floor he then took a bigger sip to clear the metallic taste from his mouth. Picking up his torn and stained cloak he pulled it carefully over his head and restored it to its normal position. He still felt naked but at least he could hide his new found emotions from the mage. Turning his attention back to the mage and blinking once before staring straight into Salems eyes

I think that one of my taint can detect when that curse is passed on to others. I had a feeling of duality after the battle last night, it was shared between two contacts. One was oviously the Lycan and the only other person who had contact with my blood was you. I've lost the feeling of duality thankfully, it's unnerving to have one so parted...So thats why i guessed that had injested my blood. The other woman touched my blood but i didn't feel her prensence intrinically.

Make of that what you will mage. But i think you arn't being truthful.

Shaking his head slightly Gale then leaned forward so that the mage would hear every word he had to say

As for the next host? I dont know. But i assume you didn't come to see me about social niceties did you?

Waving his right hand dismissivly, he summoned up a small charge of electricity in his hand and frowned at it's own failings. Less then half a day since he'd seen the spell and it was already loosing it's potency, closing his hand to cancel the spell. Gale looked back up

I didn't think that humans could detect hostile intent, so easily. However I assure you that the intent was not directed towards the people inside the temple or yourself. I was merely hunting. I do need to eat, i just prefere to hunt it rather then purchase fowl with the best bits cooked off. I use my abilities to assist the hunt. Maybe you mistook the intent with your humane emotions. Such presumptions can be dangerous. Your lucky the lycan was there mage. I wouldn't have had any qualms in correcting your mistakes. But enough on the past. I'm not in a hunting mood. So what have you come to see me about this morn.

" you sure you aren't lost?"

".. yes I am sure he has a very distinct presence.. and he said south ... and making wild guesses here give me a bloody break woman," yelled Adrian as he reached up and started to act as if he was pulling his own hair out, they had discussed a lot over their little trip, this Nexus character seemed worse then Adrian had first imagined but he still wasn't worried, the way it sounded Nexus was one to stay on the sidelines for a long time until he saw the right time.

".. Fine fine... if you say so, just keep your eyes closed"

"... I still don't get it i have seen you naked in your other forms but ya still don't trust me to look upon you in your real one" grumbled Adrian since he had indeed been keeping his eyes closed since they meet up a second time outside of roft, she was very Stern about it and the black fire she spat at him proved it, truthfully he felt sorry for the cow that took the blow for him.

".. shut up... hey by any chance is he on that island?"

"Hmm.. oh maybe... this is south and.. um why are you diving low?" asked Adrian after opening his eyes to look at the island and upon doing so Kiry changed her flight pattren and started to drive bomb towards the shallow waters.

" I told you not to look! said kiry hissing while she said it the spines on her back starting to stick up out of irritation, Kiry herself was a very fearsome creature though a bit smaller then other of her kind, along her spine multiple three foot long spines pointed upwards now though they normally laid flat, these spines were normally used for defense from creatures larger then her, though you would think at twenty five feet long few would succeed, her teal coloring though made her look a little bit gentle.. though that was canceled out by her talons and teeth, along with her long snake like neck and at the end of that a serpent like head, Adrian was starting to see why she hid her appearance it was a oddity among dragons, almost more wyvern like then dragon.. though it is a off species but wyverns are normally stupid compared to most dragons.

Before he could finish looking over her she rolled throwing Adrian off her back and straight into the water below and then quickly her frm started to shrink reverting back to her childish human form, she didn't wish for anyone else to look upon her and since she was blushing when she completely reverted to her human appearance she obviously didn't want Adrian to see it.

After splashing down Adrian swam back up just to be shoved back underwater as kiry landed ontop of him, Adrian started thrashing about in the water trying to get her off but the childish Kiry already locked her legs around Adrian's neck and was not going to let go anytime soon.

" get this little wench off my head!" Adrian shouted psychically hoping to make contact with someone within a few yards of him on the beach, though to his dismay Kiry got the message to and slammed her little fist down onto his head.

" who are you calling a wench?

Salem stared at Gale for a moment. He seemed to doubt Salem's alibi, but Salem couldn't be sure if he believed he was a vampire or not. This man's head seemed unstable, and Salem decided not to look much more into it. Gale's body was pretty torn up too, though, so he might still be delirious from his wounds. Salem sighed and dug around in his pack.

"Actually, you just answered my question. I thank you for your time. I give you this salve as a token of my thanks. It should help to heal up the remainder of your cuts. Not magical, herbal. Just use it like a lotion." Salem said, tossing a small cannister onto the bed. Gale had freed himself from his bindings, so his hands should be free to do it himself. Besides, Salem doubted Gale would want himself to do it.

Salem turned on a heel and started for the door, then stopped. He turned to look over his shoulder. "By the way, I'll be watching you. I won't hesitate for a rematch if need be. These people are treating you with hospitality, so I suggest you don't do anything to insult their kindness." With that, Salem exited the room and took a detour to the courtyard. The others weren't in their rooms or were sleeping still, so he'd start his search for them there.

He was a bit surprised to see a man and a little girl wrestling in a pool of water, and the girl was...naked. She seemed to be only a child, but she certainly had the man in a strong headlock with her legs. It was an odd sight, as they were making quite a commotion. Strangely, Salem didn't see any monks around. He stared for a moment before he caught himself.

He cleared his throat. "Excuse me, but what are you doing in the fountain?"

Kiry looked up at the man a few times, blinked at him and then looked around herself to realize they landed outside of some sort of temple, in a fountain as the man so put it. Adrian took the moment to raise his head from beneath the water and gasp for air before Kiry paced her palm on top of his and buried it under the water once more, " actually we were looking for this idiot's companions," said Kiry as she looked the boy and then giggled loudly thinking something that he probably didn't wish to know," by any chance have you seen a dragon rider accompanying a little girl around he... ah shi!!" screamed the girl as Adrian, who had enough of her pinning released a psychic blast below her knocking her backwards into the water and then quickly stood up gasping loudly as he stared at the man before him his hair a wet tangled mess that partially blocked his vision.

"... You... could... of got... her .. off me.. at any point ya know," Adrian said between gasps as he slowly climbed out of the fountain leaving Kiry pouting alone in it, though in her pouty eyes there was a sign of malice, revenge would be hers. Adrian started shaking his arms off and then reached behind him and shook his coat abit trying to get rid of some of the loose water and then finally clearing his throat he turned and looked at the man before him, " Anyways I am Adri.. ommph" he never got to finish his introduction as the girl leapt from the fountain onto his back, knocking his forward to land face first on the ground before the man, Kiry riding him all the way down.

"As he was saying, he is Adrian farmourner, you can call me Kiry," said the girl a large smile across her face as she stood up keeping her foot on Adrian's head and slowly she grind her heel, still not noticing that she was naked since it was a natural state, "... Now then as I was saying have you seen a little girl and a dragon rider?"

Salem watched them as they wrestled while the man attempted to ask questions and introduce themselves. It was odd, the girl was naked and seemed to not even realize or care, and the man didn't seem to notice this fact either. For a moment Salem wondered where they grew up that nudity was socially acceptable, but let the thought pass. Despite being partially distracted, they were talking to him, and Salem remembered it was rude to stare.

"Oh, uh, right. I'm Salem Ahira. As for the dragonrider and a girl, I think I know who you mean. I was with them last night, but I seemed to have accidentally slept in. I was just going off to look for them." Salem hesitated, wondering if he should give the offer, then decided it would be a friendly gesture, despite being uncomfortable in the nude girl's presence. "Would you like to....come look for them with me?" He assumed the ones they sought were Fennie and the golden-eyed girl who arrived on the island with him. If they weren't still asleep, they'd be in the gardens or in town, or merely locked up in their rooms.

"Uh, this way..." Salem said, starting off into the temple gardens to search.

"Thank you," said Kiry with a smile as she stood up and slowly started to walk after Salem, and Adrian then slowly stood up and blinked a few times as he stared at her form for but a couple seconds and then started laughing aloud pointing at her. This caused Kiry to stop and glance back at him, her eyes hinting at his death if he didn't shut up."

"Kiry, I have a question, even though you are also twice as old as me but looking like that does thinking you look cute naked in that form make me a pedo?" asked Adrian before falling backwards laughing again at his stupidity for the most part since he knew he should of just kept quiet about it. Kiry blinked a few times before looking down at her nude form and then looked back at Adrian before bending over to pick up a nearby rock then with great precision nailed Adrian between the eyes with it.

".. You sorry sack of horse shit!" yelled Kiry as she stormed off around the temple and out of sight of everyone her pale white face beet red at the moment, though she wasn't embarrassed by the fact she was naked in that form, it was more about the fact she had done a incomplete transformation.

"... I deserved that one," groaned Adrian as he reached up and wiped some blood away from the new cut on his forehead and looked at salem and shrugged, "Kid if you ever get a dragon make sure it is a young inexperienced one and that it is male, or you will have hell to pay." Those were his wisdom for the day a he stood up and stretched his arms high over his head before glancing back in the direction kiry had vanished," Hurry up would ya."

" give me a damn minute" mentally relayed Kiry after she had reverted back to her natural form and with that let out a hiss to serve as a warning to the vampire then slowly transformed back to her human appearance this time wearing a frilly black Lolita dress with red lace and little black heels to match, still grumbling she walked out from behind the temple and straight to Adrian, were she decided to plant one of those new heels directly on his foot before turning and smiling gently at Salem, "Now then can we go?"

Fenyx looked up, shifting his gaze from Anaia to see a new commotion brewing at one of the large fountains that dotted the island. "What in the world?" He asked, standing up and patting Vidar's broad neck. "Wait here." He advised, not wanting this to erupt into anything. Fen wasn't looking for a fight, but he was ready.

"Now, who's going to be bringing trouble to this holy place?" Fenyx asked, almost with mock concern as he shook his head, noticing who it was. "...Casper..." He said, putting his hands on his hips and shaking his head, smirking. "I should have suspected that you'd be making some sort of scene sooner or later."
He crosses his arms and looked at the vampire, eyebrow raised, "Fancy meeting you here, of all places why come to a holy island?"

Nianna shook her head in amusement, resisting the urge to place her forehead into her palm, and let the disguise drop. She had been noting the presences of people around the island and had cleanly noted the new presence of two more people. Two more currently in the direction that Fenyx was heading. She hastened to catch up to him, matching his stride as he closed, she knew none of his more recent companions and didn't know if the two new ones were his friends or not, but given the occurrence the night before she wasn't willing to chance it. Even as he began to speak one of her knives had already found its way into her hands. She hadn't even noticed she'd drawn it either, odd that she was so paranoid.

She stayed silent as Fenyx spoke, taking in the new comers and general look of things as she waited to either be introduced or something to happen. She still held her knife. The rest of her was shrouded by her cloak and mess of her hair, she'd forgotten to do something with it in the morning and it was simply hanging rather limp around her head and shadowing most of her facial features. Her ears were tucked in and concealed, no need to warn people some of her senses were better then normal humans.

"Hmm, obviously I was taking a small stroll across the ocean to the middle of no where just to be beaten up by a child and weakened by this bloody place... even more obvious you said you were going south and I got this far south before doing something stupid and getting dropped on my head for it, was just rather good coincidence that you were actually here.." said Adrian with a shrug his face stuck between that of his normal smug smile and that of pain since Kiry had yet to remove her heel from his foot. Kiry was just standing there at the moment looking over Adrian's companion though not seeing much interesting her attention quickly turned to the newcomer, she guessed it was female though considering how much of a mess she was in was difficult to tell, " ... oh yeah this little brat who still has my foot hostage is Kiry...," Adrian Concluded as he tried to wiggle his foot away though out of pure spite Kiry pressed her heel down harder to make sure she kept it where it was.

" Anyways enough of my exciting story, why are you on this island and where you heading now that everything is done and over with in Galam... you don't seem like a person that takes a vacation," Adrian asked before he finally glanced beside Feynx and noted the new comer, at that point he was chuckling quietly while kiry behind him was trying to suppress her giggles at the sight of the woman, " And who is the cute, tattered fuzz ball you have accompanying you this fine day..." said Adrian though towards the end of his sentence he caught sight of a metallic gleam in that mess and slowly moved his hand to his waste, he didn't like having weapons drawn when he had no ill intentions and if she was a hot head like his companion he would rather have a weapon close at hand.

Salem sighed as Fennie appeared at last, only to start up a conversation with the newcomer and the lolita girl. Salem frowned. Here he had been looking for them all morning, and as soon as he finds him the Lycan delves into conversation with another. It was a bit annoying, yes, but Salem remembered something. What was he doing here? Was he really just sticking around to discover the identities of these travellers? Why did he care?

He thought these to himself without finding answers. Then he realized his position. He was some strange and possibly hostile intruder who was invading on these people's travel. He was not welcome nor invited, and yet he had gotten himself involved simply because he wanted to. Wow, what a jerk I've been....

Quietly Salem slipped from the scene behind a building and headed down to the beach from there. He was an intruder, and he had other places to be. This island held nothing for him now that he thought about it, and he was meddling in these people's lives. He traced along the coast, backtracking the path he had taken the day before, and found his boat. It was a rental, but he had rowed it out to Granada Island by himself.

He carefully climbed into the boat and grabbed the oars and pushed off the shore. He looked back at the temple as he floated out to deeper waters. They probably hadn't even noticed him gone yet, which was good. He turned his attention back to the sea in front of him. It would require some of his vampiric blood to come forth to make it back to the mainland it good time, luckily thats exactly what he'd do.

((Leaving the thread. My interest in it is declining, and I have other places I want Salem to be))

"Adrian, yay!" Anaia pushed through the crowd, even through Fenyx and the cloaked figure of whoms he knew as the man wolf she had come to dislike a bit. She embraced Adrian rather tightly, it had been forever since she had seen him. "Where have ya been? I was worried since ya didn't come back from Galam...you scared me you meanie face..." She buried her face on his chest, seemingly wrought with joy before walking back to Fenyx's side with a grin on her face.

"We're all back again Fennie. Back at the port remember? Me, you, and Adrian, heheh! It was fun..." She crossed her arms behind her back, still grinning. "Adrian, are you gonna come join us again? It'd be sorta boring without ya. After all, Fennie still needs sleep, and sometimes I have to deal with the mean...lady..." She paused, pouting. "....and you don't have to sleep so you're my only source of entertainment before Fennie gets better!" She looked at him rather childishly and sweetly, hoping he'd stay.

"Besides, it'll be fun either way."

(My Welcome back Anaia post. It sucks either way...sleep.gif )
