History: Sapphire is a succubus who knew Darshe from somewhere in his distant past, they shared a brief romance, until Illurya found out about it. She was then pursued and believed to be killed, however in actuality she faked her death took on a new name and face and carried on in her new life leaving everything, even Darshe behind.
She eventually wound up among the demon lords armies and came to Redemption during the invasion, she survived the war by equal parts luck and experience. As well as a healthy use of deception by downplaying her abilities so she was never put anywhere too important but showed off just enough to avoid being put into the ranks of the common canon fodder.
After the war she had resigned herself to be stuck on this world, with the demon gates destroyed and the city of akara itself also destroyed, it seemed there would be no place for her anywhere in a world full of people who were by now almost all holding a grudge against demons.
She decided to hide out in Necronus, perhaps the only place where a demon could still blend in to some degree as she wanted to avoid attention. Only to find the undead weren't in much shape to care whether demons were moving in or not and she wasn't the only demon to get the same idea.
When Darshe appearred in Necronus it seemed like fate, but the man she met and the man she had last known were two very different people. Sapphire is quickly realizing Darshe probably doesn't even remember her, or if he does is long since over any lingering feelings.
It's made her somewhat bitter, as she expected Darshe to be easy to win over and instead she's been stonewalled. She knows nothing about his dealings with Freya and thus doesn't understand why he's so intent on keeping her at a distance.
