Appearance:

The Watcher has no appearance. He is a being that exists everywhere at all times. He can take various forms, though.

Personality:

The Watcher is a mysterious being who does things for seemingly no reason at all. But to him, there is always a reason. He believes he controls everyone’s destiny, and that no one can change the fate he has written for them.

History:

All that is known about The Watcher is that he has been around since time began, and has been secretly watching history unfold. That is where he got his name from. Now, however, he seems to have taken a keen interest in making sure Caine Aramov doesn’t regain his memories.
