This is where you can come to train your combat skills and practice new things. It's outside the actual role playing world, so you can use it to get more powerful without hampering your IC progress. Here you can challenge people to fights and increase your post count. After the end of the fight you can throw up a poll for people to vote on the best performance. Even if your characters are taken up in a topic, you can still use them in PvP topics here.

Yevela Flats
Endless fields of coarse grass and broken stone outside of the fertile farmlands of Roft. The Yevela province was once the seat of power for invincible empires that have long since past. Large-scale construction projects are now under way in this zone under the direction of the Aesir incarnation Ariel. It's proposed that this area will once again house a large militaristic and suburban population.

Warlock Temple of Dark Arts
This temple lies on the northwest end of Yevela at the base of the mountains. It's made of darkest iron farmed by the dwarves of Entragon with directions coming directly from the great mage Claude. At the end of his travels, Claude also founded a library here to store his massive annuls of knowledge acquired after a lifetime of chasing and studying the mythical titan Lien Grevek. Dark magic bleeds from the blackened iron that the temple is built of, and apprentice wizards who train here experience a boon to their casting abilities.

The Dwarven City, Entragon
The northern end of the Yevela province is framed by the tall and long Feltersmith mountain chain. Deep inside the mountains and for hundreds of miles, the dwarves who live there have carved out passages, palaces, and suburbs. This collection of dark settlements make up a place called Entragon. Some entrances to the secluded nation are obvious, with huge towers strutting up from the mountainsides. Others are hidden in secret caves that follow endlessly on into ancient mines. Entragon is ruled by a noble class with rich guilds sitting at the top of the political food chain. Other dwarves are practically slave workers for the guilds, toiling every hour of every day with hammers and picks, gleaning new riches from the shadowed rocks for their royal masters.

Prism Ruins
This is an ancient and powerful structure built long ago by the older civilizations of Redemption in efforts to stop the mechanical god, the Dark Colossus. Nondescript towers ring the perimeter of the ruins, and a mysterious door is thought to lead into an underground machine engine where the salvation or destruction of the world can be set into motion. It is thought to be directly connected to the Demon Lords and their magic gems.

Roft
The largest farming region in the world. It is said that whoever controls Roft controls the wealth of the world. From the golden wheat fields, to the coastal villages that range across the beautiful scenery, Roft is beautiful and wild at the same time. With regions that are wealthy, there is always risk of attack around the corner. Roft is no stranger to the odd ransacking from an army or bandit group.

Granada Island
Exposed to the elements of sun, water, and sky since Redemption was born - beaten by the wailing arcane winds that tear away from the Storm of Gravija - Granada Island is a place of great magical power. A weak mage might feel ill when stepping foot on its shores. A mage well taught will realize the potential of the place. A masterful mage can harness the power in the air and the ground and bend it to make something greater.

Open Sea of Recel
The largest body of water in the world, the Recel Ocean spans over half the planet. Nobody has ever crossed the entire ocean because they are eventually pulled into the Storm of Gravija, so various docks and ports exist along the mainland to be utilized by large shipping companies.

Recelion Caverns
Deep under the stormy waters of Recel lie the hidden caverns of Recelion. Built by the ancients, and sealed away by powers far beyond the capabilities of any mortal, the underwater caverns hold a secret that no adventurer has even been able to illuminate. Even the most powerful of wizards perish as they try to unlock the secrets of ancient cavern. Only those equal to gods may stand a chance at revealing what waits in the Recelion Caverns.

Ruins of Nor'sys
Once a graceful city home to druidic wood elves, now Nor'sys is a smoking crater, scabbed over by arcane runoff and burned dry by the walking dead, who still to this day smolder under the heat of Lien Greveck's magic. A combination of the Ultima and Firajira spells ended the majestic race in just one afternoon of terror and depravity.

Nazca
It would be cliche' to call Nazca a den of villainy and treachery, but to call it anything else would underestimating the largest port city of Redemption. Ships arrive along the miles of docks at all hours, and the city rarely sleeps. Only the most fool hardy would dare to walk into Nazca unprepared for what they were about to face. Home to all races, Nazca boasts one of the largest populations, and guards, left primarily to their own devices, profit more from bribes than their own jobs.

The Deep Forest
The largest forest on Redemption is home to one of the last few great Mile Trees. The sheer size of the forest rivals the great plains of Kelrock and Roft. This lush and verdant expanse is home to many rare plants and animals. Rumors tell of elven villages nestled deep within the forest, as well as tribes of impish, demonic warriors never exposed to the outside world.

Sanctuary
Once a school for the gifted, then a haven from the demonic storm that engulfed the world. The old Guardian Fortress has shaken away years of conflict and strife and has blossomed into the city-state that the world needs. The remnants of the Blood Elves and the Militia have come together to form a city that welcomes all.

While smaller than Ultimatum, the city is far and away more beautiful, from the tall, white, ivy-covered walls, to the statues of heroes past and present that line the streets. Sanctuary has one main road through it that links the Inner and Outer Sanctums.

Moun
A very small village sitting at the base of a large mountain range. Moun was once culled by an undead force, but has since repopulated and reinstituted their sacred rites revolving around the blessed Fountain of Foundations. One can find refuge from the wilderness here even in the dead of night, when the innkeeper lights her porch candles to lead wandering travelers to safety. Locals believe that an owl spirit lives within the forests nearby, and protects them from the dangers of the outside world.

Ultimatum
Formerly the metropolis of Crystalia before it became the Dark Colossus, this ancient city has now reverted to its original form. A gigantic multi-tiered wall surrounds Ultimatum and also divides the circular city into eight equal sized radial sectors with a ninth, circular district, in the very center. The city’s buildings and walls are made of an alloy called titansteel, which is highly resistant to magical damage and immune to alchemic manipulation. Empress Evangeline leads the people of the Ultimatum in a grand expansion across the Sealed Lands.

Meloria Island
Meloria is a small island in the middle of the Odaros Ocean. Huge storms routinely rage across this sector of the sea, covering it in almost perpetual rainfall. The island is sometimes referred to as "White Flame Island" because of an ancient legend. The story tells of a great alchemist that could produce fire burned with such intensity that no deluge or gale could stifle it. This alchemist was supposed to have trained and died here thousands of years ago, and it is said that his journals and records are locked away somewhere deep within the island.

Orion Ruins
Deep below the swirling surf is a city forgotten to time. Thousands of years ago it was a thriving metropolis and a marvel city of the ancient age, full of mythical "technology" and powerful machines. Massive paved stoneways spin around the city and cut it into square sections, with tall rectangle monoliths covered in windows that reach hundreds of feet above the sea floor.

Calm Waters
Also called the "sea of jewels" because of its bounty, and because of the pinks, yellows, blues, and white in the calm, glass-like shimmering ripples that reflect in the water. Sea life is abundant, and a long, shallow reef covers the ocean floor here. Because of the storms in the Odaros Ocean, it's difficult for fishing companies or even explorers to successfully visit.

The Mile Trees of Asphodel
Asphodel is a spirit world manifestation where the city Domus once thrived between the boughs of four great mile trees. Once burned to nothing but branches and cinders, strange life has returned to the trees. Leaves came back to the canopy, but they returned as white and iridescent. The scars in the bark have filled in with not wood, but a strange substance similar to purest ivory. The black char marks left behind and the white accents make the four great trees appear as skeletal representations of their former selves.

Mount Volcano
A scholar once traveled to this area in search of a mystical dragon known as Volcanon. This dragon was said to be the sire of all red dragons, and it had two heads. One head contained all knowledge dating back to the creation of the world. The other head contained its animalistic urges as a beast.

The volcano itself is short and squat with the crater sitting one mile below the ground at its lowest point. Lava often flows towards the ocean via underground magma tubes, constantly expanding the mountain, making it flatter and wider by the year.

Alegrarse City
Alegrase is known as the "City of the Night". The city itself is nearly impossible to find during the day because the inhabitants have found a way to use sunlight to create mirages around the the outskirts to ward off bandits and giant spiders roaming the desert.

At night, Alegrarse comes to life. The buildings are all two stories or higher, and made of adobe or coated in black glass made from the sands of the desert. The streets are always lit up with hot glowing torches and street lamps filled with scented wicks that slowly switch between every color of the rainbow. With never-ending performers, hundreds of taverns, and countless traders selling both illegal and illegal goods, one need only ask themselves: am I here for business, or pleasure?

The Hassan Desert
A quiet and drought-cracked band of desert in the middle of the Kerlock continent. It experiences only the occasional dust storm. The stillness is a betrayal of what lays beneath the hard packed dirt and sand, however. Species of enormous arachnids call Hassan home, digging hidden tunnels to ambush prey. They feed on entire caravans, and are sometimes even known to hunt in packs of two or three.

Bodwen Province
The vast eastern forests and open plains of Kerlock, where Aesirian forces used to stage, are officially owned by the ruling class of the desert city Alegrarse. Through a trade agreement the lycan nation of Dark World leased the land, and are building a healthy foundation for the next generation. Anur's wolves have abandoned their ruined caves and hovels, and taken up refuge in this new and bountiful territory.

Askival, a quickly growing lycan settlement, is the center of attentions on the plains.

Devil's Tail
This is the city at the very edge of dark world. Dark World is considered its own continent because not one bit of light gets through the fog banks around it. You need to have a torch to navigate the pathways leading up to the city. It's been abandoned and empty since the days of the ancients. Only ghosts roam its streets and corridors.

Anur
A city built in secret near the beginning of the third age, and constructed by werewolves led by King Marcus. The city serves as a home for the werewolf race who had been in hiding for many hundreds of years. The city is a large round citadel-like structure, its back carved into the cliffs. It consists of many different levels, stretching high into the sky. Two huge flaming torches, each one held by a 10 meter high stone werewolf statue, light the top level. The entire city is constructed of jet-black stone. The outer city walls are reinforced and enormously strong, built up to be roughly 24 feet thick. Strange magic prevents teleporting into or out of the city except by use of dark magic.

Plains of Necronus
Known as the Kingdom of the Dead, Necronus was once a beautiful land of prosperity and peace. It now lies as a testament to the gods' rage. Nothing remains intact; the curse was heavy. The townsfolk became undead, and a blanket of darkness covered the area as thick black clouds deluged the sky. The remains of the city were destroyed by Lien Greveck's spell durring the Demon War. Only the Well of Syn and the mines remain standing now.

Akara
Once called the "City of Massacre” little remains of the ancient city. Lava fields now stretch across the entire area making it nearly uninhabitable. The only hope that remains for the once great city stems from the temple at the lands center. Magical water now seeps from the temple’s base cooling sections of the lava creating obsidian paths throughout the ruins.

Damaris Peak
The frozen peak of the Dark World. This icy peak is actually a historic structure built by the ancients. Many years ago, a legendary ranger ventured into this peak to kill the menacing creatures that lurked here and regularly caused trouble for the locals. After a fierce battle at the peak's summit, the ranger began her return to the base of the mountain. She stayed in a cavern midway down that night, and was never seen again. Some say she died from the cold, or that she was trapped when the cavern collapsed. No one is sure what happened but you might still be able to hear her haunting melody at night. The peak continues to grows in size because it's so cold all year round.
