PvP Realm This is where you can come to train your combat skills and practice new things. It's outside the actual role playing world, so you can use it to get more powerful without hampering your IC progress. Here you can challenge people to fights and increase your post count. After the end of the fight you can throw up a poll for people to vote on the best performance. Even if your characters are taken up in a topic, you can still use them in PvP topics here.

Ascantha Called the "Silver City", no one ever witnessed it being built directly where Granseal used to stand. It appeared without notice overnight as the new world capital. Residents believe it to be none other than the shadow form of Granseal itself, brought into this world from the Shadow Realm by the flux of energies set off by Destiny and Dracon's violent collision of power. The entire city - every building and structure - is made exclusively of a kind of silver metal alloy, immune to magic and the will of alchemists. All over the city, humanoid glass-like statues can be found. They are fashioned as if to look like once living people had simply been frozen in time when the place crossed over from the Shadow Realm. This city was once the seat of power for the Zaleran empire. Rebuilt after the demon wars, it is now the seat of power for the Aesir's holy city-state.

Yevela Flats Endless fields that used to house hundreds of barracks for the Zaleran army. At the fall of the empire, millions of refugees fled the residential and military districts, leaving only a husk of a once mighty civilization. The four towers that once worked to amplify the power of the Zaleran troops as they protected the land from invaders now lay in ruins. Large-scale construction projects are now under way in this zone under the direction of the Aesir incarnation Ariel. It's proposed that this area will once again house a large militaristic and suburban population.

Galam-Yensa The pirate city of the Ardanian continent, Galam-Yensa is run by the corrupt Yensa organization. The city has grown so large that it is almost the size of Ascantha, full of pirates, scumbags and scoundrels. Millions of wanted persons hide themselves in the suburbs of this metropolis.

Warlock Temple of Dark Arts This temple lies to the northwest of Ascantha high in the mountains. The great mage Claude created a library to help young warlocks follow in his footsteps. Due to the density of iron in the nearby mountains, dark magic is greatly increased, allowing less powerful warlocks to learn with an extra boon to their latent powers.

The Dwarven City of Enteragon Located to the north of Ascantha and through the northwest passage lies this strange dwarven city. Its towering buildings can be seen from the lowest parts of the Feltersmith Mountains.

Prism Ruins The site of the greatest battle to ever grace this side of the planet. This is an ancient and powerful structure built long ago by the older civilizations of Redemption in efforts to stop the Dark Colossus Nondescript towers make up the perimeter of the ruins, and a mysterious door is thought to lead into an underground temple where the salvation or destruction of the world can be set in motion. It is thought to be directly connected to the Demon Lords and their magic gems.

Roft The largest farming region in the world. It is said that whoever controls Roft controls the wealth of the world. From the golden wheat fields, to the coastal villages that range across the beautiful scenery, Roft is beautiful and wild at the same time. With regions that are wealthy, there is always risk of attack around the corner. Roft is no stranger to the odd ransacking from an army or bandit group.

Nazca It would be cliche' to call Nazca a den of villainy and treachery, but to call it anything else would underestimating the largest port city of Redemption. Ships arrive along the miles of docks at all hours, and the city rarely sleeps. Only the most fool hardy would dare to walk into Nazca unprepared for what they were about to face. Home to all races, Nazca boasts one of the largest populations, and guards, left primarily to their own devices, profit more from bribes than their own jobs.

Sanctuary Once a school for the gifted, then a haven from the storm. The old Guardian Fortress has shaken away years of conflict and strife and has blossomed into the city state that the world needs. The remnants of the Blood elves and the Militia have come together to form a city that welcomes all. Unlike other cities which restrict power. Sanctuary promotes natural skills. Alchemists, Druids and Psychics have greater effect in the city than Mages. The city itself is covered in spiderweb of ley lines of natural energy that saturate the very ground.
Whilst smaller than Ascantha, the city is by far more beautiful, from the large white and ivy walls, to the statues of heroes past and present that line the streets. The houses are white and like the walls, covered in ivy. Sanctuary has one main road through it that links the Inner and Outer Sanctums.

The Deep Forest The largest forest on Redemption is home to one of the last great Mile Trees, the very source of the forest that stands today. The sheer size of the forest rivals the great plains of Kelrock and Roft. This lush and verdant forest is home to many rare plants and animals. Rumors tell of an Elven village nestled deep within the forest, as well as the mythical nomadic Druid tribes which protect the Mile Tree and the forest below it.

Ultimatum Formerly the metropolis of Crystalia before it became the Dark Colossus, this ancient city has now reverted to its original form. A gigantic multi-tiered wall surrounds Ultimatum and also divides the circular city into eight equal sized districts with a ninth, circular district, in the very center. The city’s buildings and walls are made of an unknown dark gray metal which is highly resistant to magical damage and immune to alchemic manipulation. Ultimatum is the new seat of the Zaleran Empire.

Meliora Island Meliora Island is a small island in the middle of the Odaros Ocean. There is always a huge storm raging around it, and an unknown force keeping out those who are unworthy to know the secrets of Meliora. The island is sometimes referred to as "White Flame Island" because of an ancient legend. The story tells of a great alchemist that could produce fire burned with such intensity that it was brighter than the sun. This alchemist was supposed to have trained and died here thousands of years ago, and it is said that his journals and records are locked away somewhere deep within the island.

Asphodel - The Mile Trees Constructed or otherwise manifested where Domus once thrived, four vast trees spiral for miles out of the sea. Though some life has returned to them with time, the damage that was done to them remains clear: A blackened, jagged line trails down the bark and in to the city, headed vividly by a pearly-white substance similar to Ivory. Vines and flowers are a constant presence in the city, giving it a strangely Eden like feel despite the ghosts which pace it's floors.

Mount Volcano A scholar once traveled to this area in search of a mystical dragon known as Volcanon. This dragon was said to be the fastest creature in the land, and it had two heads, one of which contained all its wisdom, and the other that contained all of the beast's primal urges. The volcano itself is short and squat with the crater sitting one mile below the ground at its lowest point. Lava often flows towards the ocean via underground magma tubes, constantly expanding the mountain, making it flatter and wider by the year.

Alegrarse City - The Desert of Hassan Alegrase is known to all as the City of Happiness for being the largest source of nighttime activities in Kelrock. This city was built to allow people to relax in these times of great turmoil, and it changes along with the locals' attempts at reviving the devastated land of Kelrock where the demon wars took the greatest toll of all. It is also known as the "City of the Night", the city itself being nearly impossible to find during the day in the desert, the inhabitants having found a way to use the sunlight to create mirages around the the outskirts to ward off bandits.
The city itself is a marvel of its own when night falls. The buildings are all two stories or higher, and made of adobe and coated in a black glass made from the sands of the desert. The streets are always lit up at night with colorful torches and street lamps that slowly switch between every color of the rainbow, the specially made candles inside of them burning scented wicks. At night the city is always overflowing with performers and traders, providing a lot of options to travelers, whether it be business or pleasure.

Currie Plains Fables tell of a floating castle that not so long ago roamed freely over the vast open plains of Kerlock. It was said to be the home to angels, and gods, and men. Descriptions of tall towers and gardens where spring was eternal are read aloud to children as they drift to sleep like pages from a dream. The one word that no one can seem to figure out remains. It's whispered softly, so one can barely hear: Aesir
They said that of all the kings upon the earth he was the man most gracious and fair-minded, kindest to his people and keenest to win fame.

Devil's Tail This is the city at the very edge of dark world. Dark World is considered its own continent because not one bit of light gets through the fog banks around it. You need to have a torch to navigate the pathways leading up to the city. It's been abandoned and empty since the days of the ancients. Only ghosts roam its streets and corridors.

Anur A city built in secret near the beginning of the third age, and constructed by werewolves led by King Marcus. The city serves as a home for the werewolf race who had been in hiding for many hundreds of years. The city is a large round citadel-like structure, its back carved into the cliffs. It consists of many different levels, stretching high into the sky. Two huge flaming torches, each one held by a 10 meter high stone werewolf statue, light the top level. The entire city is constructed of jet-black stone. The outer city walls are reinforced and enormously strong, built up to be roughly 24 feet thick. Strange magic prevents teleporting into or out of the city except by use of dark magic.

Plains of Necronus Known as the Kingdom of the Dead, Necronus was once a beautiful land of prosperity and peace. It now lies as a testament to the gods' rage. Nothing remains intact; the curse was heavy. The townsfolk became undead, and a blanket of darkness covered the area as thick black clouds deluged the sky. The remains of the city were destroyed by Lien Greveck's spell durring the Demon War. Only the Well of Syn and the mines remain standing now.

Damaris Peak The frozen peak of the Dark World. This icy peak is actually a historic structure built by the ancients. Many years ago, a legendary ranger ventured into this peak to kill the menacing creatures that lurked here and regularly caused trouble for the locals. After a fierce battle at the peak's summit, the ranger began her return to the base of the mountain. She stayed in a cavern midway down that night, and was never seen again. Some say she died from the cold, or that she was trapped when the cavern collapsed. No one is sure what happened but you might still be able to hear her haunting melody at night. The peak continues to grows in size because it's so cold all year round.

Akara Once called the "City of Massacre", now nothing, not even ruins remain of the undead capitol. The fully unleashed power of the Garnet and Marcasite demon gems caused the remaining rubble to be wiped from the face of Redemption. The land is covered in a mile-thick glacier that extends off of the coast of Dark World all the way to main land Kerlock. Deep magic is embedded in the ice, and any magician who strays here too long will find their senses overwhelmed and their bodies overcome by the suffocating arcane pressure.
