Dragon looked and smiled at Wyndre. "Well I saw this beautiful elven woman who decended the stairs of the chapel looking like she was angelkissed. Upon her seeing a man kiss a woman whom he obviously had feelings for, She was crushed by this. I figured such a woman doesnt desearve to have such tears fall from her face. So looking from a distance I saw you collapse and begin to cry. It broke my heart and I knew then I must come and mend your wounds. Was he your Boy friend?" he asked with a smile to show her he was friendly

Wyndre relaxed a little, and said, "Well...not exactly. I....I don't know." She looked away, tears forming again, but not falling from her eyes.

"Come now my lady. It cannot be so bad. You are young and beautiful and would have outlived his mortal life. When he died at the age of 60 and you had to deal with the 4 to 5 hundred years of greif after, it would have torn you apart. Or if you had children. their half human side would cut many hundreds of years off their lifes in comparison to a full elf. You may have had to even watch your collective children die. I know how it is, But these are the reasons that marriages between elves and humans always end in greif. Do let your tears fall, But let those be the final ones!" he finished trying to comfort her by making her realize why elves and humans dont marry.

The tears went away as she looked back at Dragon and nodded. "Sir...If I may ask, Why did you care to help me? I mean, I'm nothing special at all....I don't know why anyone would want to help....me," Wyndre said softly to Dragon, a slightly questioning look spreading across her face.

"because I saw a beautiful stunning woman sitting with a broken heart! Is that not reason enough?" he replied not letting his smile leave his face. He gently touched her cheak and let a voice of the elven language come forth. her cheak healed instantly. "So I am at your service, its not often I meet a woman who has taken my breath away!"

Wyndre blinked at the man and said, "Well, good sir, I don't really know what to do now...or where I am going for that matter..." She looked down, blushing ever so slightly.

He stood up brushing imaginary dust from his clothes and bowed. "Well if you would like I would be honoured if you accompanied me around, a date perhaps." he finished blushing a bit on his own. "I dont mean to intrude, you make it hard to breath because im s smitten!" he finished offering his hand to her, hopping she would accept it!

Wyndre blushed again and slowly lifted her hand to Dragon's. "Thank you..." she said, "I don't think I'll consider it a date quite yet though. Afterall, we've only just met!" She laughed slightly and stood, once again blushing. Then she smiled happily at Dragon, completely ignoring the slight sting in her cheek.

"Well what are dates for? They are the breaching between strangers to friends. They are a way to enjoy the company of eachother without the obligation or responcibility of a relationship. Why I would have to beg of you to reconsider." he replied getting on his knees and clasping his hands in prayer as he looked up at her with a childish smile. "Forever would my heart break if you denied me the simple pleasure of seeing you have a good meal and conversation! I am so enthralled you, my lady" he finished with a playful smile!

Wyndre had to laugh at Dragon's act. She put her hand on his and tried her best to play along. "Alright, my dear Dragon! I will now go with you if you wish," she told him, and then offered him a hand so that he could get up off of the ground.

Dragon Fainted a sigh of releaf and took the hand offered.

"Well I am so glad you changed your mind. So know any good places around here for me to take you to dinner?" he asked with a large beaming smile on his face!

"No, actually, I don't. The only place I really know of to get food around here would be the tavern..." Wyndre said, blushing slighting in her absence of not knowing an efficient answer. She still smiled though, at the courtesy of Dragon.

"Well then I shall take you to the Golden Gryphon. Its the only place I know around here. A bit ritsy but well worth it for your company" he replied taking her hand and walking towards the building marked with its name sake symbol. "So milady, what does a elf have to do to get a second date?" he asked. It was a bit bold but she seemed to like him so he figured he would ask and see how she took the question!

Wyndre was a bit surprised when Dragon asked this question. She blushed and thought for a minute. Finally, she said, "I really don't know. You've been so gracious to me already!" She smiled at him, and let him lead her further towards the building.

The building was very well constructed and was expensivly furnished. Dragon walked over to a table and pulled out Wyndre's chair. (im assuming youll sit). Moving her seat in he walks over to his own and nods to one of the serving girls. "Whats the special today?" he asked politely as she was ready to take his order. "Lam with a mint jelly from Tashreal, Fine sliced and spiced potatoes with a serving of the chefs most famous carrot and mushroom sautee. a side order of Fresh buttered bread for 12 gold." She replied. 12 gold was alot of money for a meal that was sure. Usually most inns are a silver and a few copper. But Dragons face didnt change in the least. "Well Ill definantly have that" he replied waiting for Wyndre to order for herself!

Wyndre blushed, not knowing what to get. "Do you mind if I get that too...?" she asked Dragon quietly, "It's been a while since I have a good meal....And I can also pay for my own if you like." Then Wyndre thought of how much money Dragon was spending. He had to have a lot to buy a meal like that, much less her's too. She wondered to herself how and why he had so much money with him. She knew she had found all of her's in the villiage ruins, and now that she had been of royal blood, but didn't say anything about it.

Dragon smiled. "Then its settled, We will have two of them" he replied putting the gold down on the table for both meals. The waitress scouped up the gold and hurried off. Dragon inched his hands towards hers and layed them overtop of hers on the table. "I wouldnt offer to take you out and make you pay for your own meal. What kind of date would that be" he joked looking into her eyes. "Your of Royal blood arnt you? My father was a guardian of the elven queen Tashiana. He still wanders the world with her!"

Wyndre gasped at Dragon's comment. "Uhm....how....would you know that...?" she managed to stumble out. She was also blushing from the warm pressure of his hand on her's.

"When your around royalty all your life, You kinda can sence it off someone. That and the fact us royal bloods look a bit different then average elves" he finished giving her hand a little squeeze in his own as he gave her a disarming smile. He had made her nervos and his smile began to fade. He didnt wish to bring up an uncomfortable subject and decided to leave it there.

Dragon had now sparked Wyndre's interests. "Different...? What do you mean by that?" she asked him politely, "And I'd also like to know how this...Tashiana....became queen." Wyndre smiled at Dragon. She now realized how royal he looked himself with his dark, long hair, violet eyes, and cloths that were quite fine for an elf that travels a lot.

Dragon laughed and looked at her. "Well she was born into it" he replied. "And as for how you look noble? Your complexion, the way you move! all are of a highborn!" he replied looking her in the eyes. He gently rubbed his hand upon hers and then backed away as there food arived. Picking up the knife and fork much like a noble he waited for her!

Wyndre picked up her own fork and knife and started to eat her food slowly, thinking on what Dragon had said. Born into it...that must mean that they were related, since her own mother and father had been of royal blood. After swallowing a bite of food, she said nervously, "I'm sorry that I am not very good at politics, but would Tashiana be the queen's first...or last name?"

Dragon Laughed at her. Not in a insulting way but more of a disarming way. "It would be her first name and shes the queen of the Blood Elves of Tianoga." he replied with a smile. He was very maticulous in his manurisms as he ate.

Wyndre's curious had now been sparked to it's utmost limits. "Then...what would her last name be...?" she said when her fork was in mid-air. She put her fork down with a small 'tick' of metal on metal and waited patiently for a reply.

Dragon smiled. "Well I may have to be persuaded to indulge such precious information" he replied a small blush comming from him as he spoke the words. He really liked her but didnt want to presure her into anything

Wyndre smiled a half-smirk at Dragon and leaned forward slightly. Then she softly whispered, "And how might I persuade you, Dragon...?"

He smiled as she came in closer and spoke. She was only about a foot from his face when she wispered to him. "Well it wouldnt be that much fun if I just told you how. Its more fun for me to have you try and figure it out on your own!" he replied smiling at her

"Well," Wyndre said slyly, leaning back a bit more, "I'm guessing that money won't do, but how about this?: I'll go on another date with you. But this time...a quite walk in the park....hmm...how about....after this dinner? Is that good enough, Dragon?" Wyndre smiled at Dragon as she finished speaking, hoping that he would except this bribing offer.

"Well how about this, I will accept this date as an offering if possibly I could obtain a kiss after the date" He replied blushing a little and taking another bite of his food. He didnt know if it was to daring but he felt the need to ask!

Wyndre chuckled and leaned back in her seat, seeming to take the question into deep consideration. Finally, she smiled and said, "Alright Dragon, have it your way! So tell me....what is the queen's last name?" Wyndre winked at Dragon, after finishing her last bite of food and stuck her tongue out at him playfully.

"her last name is Elvander. But you would have found that out by asking anyone around here. the elven factions quite famed." he replied as he finished the last of his meal. He leaned back and politely and properly wipped his mouth. "So what would you like to do?" he asked!

"Like I said," Wyndre began, leaning forward again with a smile, "to the park! But while we're still sitting here....Was that the queen's maiden name?" Wyndre took her cloth napkin from her lap, where she had layed it, and sit it beside her plate on the table. She stood, pushing her chair out from under her while she did so.

Wyndre wondered to herself as she walked to stand beside where Dragon was sitting if the queen had first had her own last name. She was now extremely curious as to if her family had lost the crown because of her not being there to live up to it. If so, they probably thought she was dead by now.

Snapping herself from her thoughts, Wyndre spoke to Dragon, looked down at him. "Ready to go?" she asked, smiling and lying a hand gently on his shoulder. Without realizing it, she was beginning to like this...Dragon, despite of herself!

Dragon smiled and stood up. Walking out he lead her to the park. Dragon had a weird look on his face as he looked around. "i figured I would have liked it here but is feels so unnatural the way the trees are planted" he walked with her towards the beach and took off his boots. The moon was full and reflected off the water. With bare feet he walked through the sand. "You know, no matter what man does, he cannot break the waters to their will. They can bend it but never break its mighty currents" he replied as he stood by the crashing waves. one even made its way to his feet. the water was warm

Wyndre walked over to Dragon, taking off her shoes along the way. She layed them near to where Dragon had layed his own. She whispered, "But it is beautiful...you must agree to that......" Wyndre smiled at Dragon, "Before I fulfill my promise to you, will you please answer my question as to what the queen's maiden name was....?" The wind blew softly as the elven girl took another step towards Dragon. Her cloak whipped around her, and her hair blew past her face, touching the male's softly. Her hood also blew off of her head, releaving her ears more that they had for a long time. Wyndre smiled. This time, it was a genuine smile. Dragon had really changed her mood within just an hour or two! Slowly, she reached her hand out, blushing, and touched his arm softly. Then she looked up questioningly and patiently at him, awaiting her answer.

Dragon Smiled as her hair gently touched his face. her hood fell from her to show her elven ears. Wyndre was acting more warm to him since he had first met her. She was beautiful in the moonlight as the waves crashed against the shore. She reached out and gently touched his arm, blushing a little as he looked down at the contact. "Her Maiden name is Shanrae" he replied looking up at her and trying to find some tyoe of responce from the name! His black hair blew back in the brease as he looked into her eyes!

At first, Wyndre's look saddened, but then she smiled again. "Dragon....would you like to know who I am exactly? I believe that I can trust you....so I think I'll tell you.....do you want to know?"

"Well yes" he replied smiling as she seemed to open up to him more. He didnt know the reason she looked depressed at the beginning, But it musnt have been important as she changed her mood so quickly. "So who are you?" HE REPLIED

Wyndre smiled more, and then said quietly, "Someone regognized me as Princess Wyndre Aiedail Brisingr.....That's why I was so curious as to what the queen's last name was....I was just wondering if she might have been related to me... Now, though, I fear that I have been fooled... Dragon...was there ever a person of royal blood named Brisingr?" The girl slowly took another step closer to Dragon, awaiting the answer to what she meant to be her last question.

Dragon smiled as she came in close. Looking into her eyes. "Well its entirely possible your from another clan of elves. I know there are many out there. She is only queen of her race. The race of the wild elves." he replied as she stepped closer slowly. "although my father protects the queen, im not much in knowing the ways of the court. I have a basic knowledge. But if you seek to find your birthright. I would like to assist you" he replied!

"Yes..." Wyndre whispered, half to herself, "I probably am from a different clan.....Oh...and Dragon. I would love for you to help me to find out which of those I am from and if I'm really of royal blood... Now. I believe that I promised you something." The girl closed the final gap between Dragon and herself. She looked up at him, as the wind blew her hair gently again, and waited for him to fulfill her promise.
