Spring Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup sour cream 4floz/110ml
1 cup cottage cheese
salt
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
2tbs chopped green onion
lettuce leaves
6 radishes, sliced
Salt the sliced cucumber and drain.

Beat the sour cream and cottage cheese until blended then combine with the cucumber and add the chopped onion.

Arrange on the lettuce leaves, garnished with sliced radishes. Serve with potato bread.
