I think the horses are led in near the end of the ceremony... it might be a nice touch if the final bows were done with the newlyweds on the horses, and they ride off together? Some variation on that.

Yeah, I like the gift-giving idea. I'm thinking it will occur back inside (because right now all the chairs and stuff are set outside), though having it happen outside will provide a better place for the assassin to be. Though, I suppose, the assassin could approach Jenin and give a "gift"/kill him, I'd like the attack to appear a bit more random then that...
