Hello there, er, anyone who happens to be around.

Well, I like Okage, as you can probably guess.
And after finally getting unlimited access to my mom's PS2 (long story), I've had the chance to replay it for the first time in a couple years.

I've fallen quite in love with it, to be perfectly honest. So much so that I'm breaking my introverted rule of "look don't interact" that I have with fandoms.
I lurked around this forum for a few days, and then I figured I'd take a chance and join instead of lurking forever as I tend to do.

Unfortunately, so far it looks like much of this fandom is either dead, silent, MIA, or any other word for 'not nearly active enough'.
(Including many of the more-than-decent askblogs on tumblr, which is a great disappointment to me)
I hope that isn't entirely the case here; I'd really like being able to talk to people about this game without them thinking I'm absolutely nuts.

Unfortunately I don't have much to contribute aside from the occasional bit of fanart at the moment...
Hopefully that will change, since I still like to bounce ideas around, if nothing else.

(Though, I guess have found a couple things in the game that I've never seen mentioned anywhere else... of course they're rather unsubstantial in the long run so there's a chance they've been mentioned several times and just aren't all that interesting to talk about. *shrug*)

I won't lie, the forum has been pretty dead for a while now. For a long time it was only a handful of us which kept the place going. Even then, we eventually had life to deal with and we don't keep in touch like we used to. Still, this forum has survived for a long time considering that it's devoted to a game that came out nearly 11 years ago and no chance for it becoming a franchise.

I always love seeing Okage fanart, and don't hesitate to share them here.

And feel free to share any thoughts you have of the game. A fresh perspective is always welcome.
