 I got into Dr. Gretchen westler's Account, I found the cell phone and Horowitz was written in red letters there. I didn't know what to do for a while untill I pressed the logout and found her name. I love killer Croc stuff, its very creepy and the camera feed into the room freaked me out XD. Though Now I'm kind of stuck. If I remember correctly, it's got something to do with a certain time of day... let me see.
There's a whole process you need to follow. Head to http://www.gothamcitymunicipal.com and click the link to read the article. In the comments, someone's email address is shown. Send that person an email, it doesn't matter what you put in it. EDIT: Or if you don't wanna go through the tired process of doing stuff you already did, type the password is garianne.
