Sephy - March 11, 2006 04:37 AM (GMT)
Whats are your favorite quotes from the game?
Spookty - March 11, 2006 05:31 AM (GMT)
Ummm....the ones in my sig.
Boogie Knight - March 12, 2006 02:04 AM (GMT)
Hmmmmm...
"Cool! Stan is crying!"
Spookty - March 12, 2006 02:23 AM (GMT)
Boogie Knight - March 13, 2006 12:53 AM (GMT)
That's one of Ari's options when speaking with Maggie after beating the Bubble Evil King and before finding Marlene.
Spookty - March 13, 2006 02:11 AM (GMT)
Weird...who says what before that option comes up?
Boogie Knight - March 14, 2006 12:53 AM (GMT)
Well, Maggie talks about Ari being cool, then Stan gets jealous and Rosalyn rips on him and Stan complains, yada, yada, yada...
Spookty - March 14, 2006 01:25 AM (GMT)
I think I remember that,too.Heh.
Not sure if this is realy what he would say:
Cool!Stan is crying!
Stan:SHADDAP,ya geeky porky puke stain of a worm!
Boogie Knight - March 16, 2006 12:36 AM (GMT)
Stan had a thing about pork...
Maybe he was a Muslim :stantounge:
Spookty - March 16, 2006 04:49 AM (GMT)
I JUST learned that word in Socail Studies, and I don't remember what that means.
Hikari Tamazaki - March 16, 2006 09:01 PM (GMT)
It's a religion. xD ...Right? D=;;;
The only quote that I can remember from the entire game is...
"Cry! Pee your pants!"
Spookty - March 17, 2006 12:06 AM (GMT)
That's one of my faves too.
Boogie Knight - March 17, 2006 03:33 AM (GMT)
A Muslim is a practitioner of Islam.
YamiLover13 - October 22, 2007 12:19 AM (GMT)
Oh dear...get ready this will be long...
Stan: Shudup shudup, shudup! Your sloppy tup of lard! You're like a sore toe hit against a brick!
Rosalyn: Keep yappin' flappy! I think it's clear who loses this one. Oh, do I feel good.
Stan: Grrr! I feel ill! I'm going to spew! Why must I, the most powerful Evil King on earh, be subject to such ridicule?! You, slave, say something!
Ari: Cool, Stan is crying!
Stan: What? What are you saying?! Hey, Slave! Do you understand your position?
-----------------------------------------------
Linda: ............ ............ Why you! I will Offer this brat as a bloody sacrifice to the war gods!
Kisling: Calm down, Linda. She's only a child. Certainly no match for you.
Maggie: I know what this is! This is what they call a hysterical fit, isn't it?
Linda: Grrrr...I'm going to get you! I'll hang you upside-down in the shade and make potpourri out of you!
-----------------------------------------------
Rough Old Man: Sh-she's... Just like my late wife come back to life. I think I'm in love... (he is talking about Rosalyn after she yelled at him...)
-----------------------------------
Stan: Shut up. Yada, yada, blah, blah. Your yammering makes my brain bleed! Do something already!
-------------------------------------
Beiloune: Ah! Here you are. Now I can make an adjustment...You have created a great bother for me this time...
Stan: Naturally. And we plan to continue.
------------------------------------
Stan: Oh my. The hero has a clog in her brain. Seems all the nutriton that should've goen to her head did a b-line to her waist!
Rosalyn: What did you say about my waist? My waistline is demure but enticing! Why, you spatula-face!
------------------------------------
Stan: Humph. Still so small. Like a munchkin. So insignificant. A flea. How awesome I am to have a grander vision of evil.
Rosalyn: That's only 'cuz of your fatter head!
-----------------------------------------------
Linda: No way! Don't label me with such a dorky name! If you dare to take me
away from my Stan, just call me Linda and gimme a cuddly and bubbly!
Epros: Wh-what...!? Um...Thy Meaning I fear I cannot chipher. Plus you're too
perky and overly hyper!
-----------------------------------------------
(Ok each one of these variations has a reason I like them.)
Epros: I see, Ari. Then to each his own raison d'etre! Who is to say who is right? For evil! For justice! For science! Only you can know truly why you fight! Forward comrades! Advance, we shall with variant motives in sight! I will learn what I need then on to victory, we unite!
--Variation 1--
Ari: I know.
Epros: Ouf...Thou has't my hopes. (Wait...wha?)
--Variation 2--
Ari: Thank you.
Epros: I need no thanks, nay!. Venture forth where thy wish to, 'kay?
(The form of talking here just didn't seem Epros like...so it was memorable tome.)
--Variation 3--
Ari: Do you practice before you talk? (ROFFLE)
Epros: My faith and plans Are in thy hands.
------------------------------------------------------
Linda: Thinking's hard. Let's just kill it!
----------------------------------------------------
This is from the ending.
Linda: Omigod! Wait for me, Epros! You promised Linda a cuddly and a bubbly!
Epros: N-no way! I did not!
----------------------------------------------------
(I have this entire scene written down and it makes me laugh. I can post it if you guys want.)
Marlene: Who do you think I am? I do not buy such an empty threat. ...Ari, I ask you. Who can use you? Who is your master? Is it me? Or this vulgar shadow? Think hard. Is it me? Or this shadow?
Ari: It's Stan.
Stan: Dwa ha ha! Game over baby!
--------------------------------------------------
Marlene: What a pretty sound it has... As if it brings back my old memories... ............ ............ Are you giving this to me?
Ari: *Do not give it to her.*
Marlene: ............ ............
Rosalyn: Ouch... Is it my imagination...? I feel a silent pressure arising...
--------------------------------------------------------
Stan: Ha ha ha, that's right, slave. Your goofy mother said give that machine to your love. You don't need to give it to the brat though. I can take it off your hands. We could sell it for a good amount. We can put it in our World Conquest Fund!!
Rosalyn: ...That's enough idiot Evil King! Since when have you become a woman!? A greedy, ugly woman too!
---------------------------------------------------------
Marlene: You are my servant after all.
Stan: Wait a minute! We made a deal. I own half of the boy!
Marlene: You only own one third of the rights! Don't you change the figure!
Stan: Curses!
Rosalyn: Oh dear. The Evil King, and you foolish Princess...oops, not! The princess and you foolish Evil King, stop this nonsense! Poor Ari, he's at a loss...
Ari: I think it's funny. Ha ha...
Loitering Villiger: I feel like I'm completly left out...I guess that's how a Loitering Villiger gets treated...
----------------------------------------------
Marlene: There, there, country girl, cool down your temper. Would you like a cow?
Julia: You have no right to call me a country girl!!! ......... Ever!!
------------------------------------------------------
There are more I just don't have time right now to look through the script I have written thus far to find them all....also a lot of funny stuff from Chapter 1-3 are missing a bit...

For a complete airhead, Linda has some pretty good lines :stantounge:
JellyBean_Sins - May 20, 2008 12:16 AM (GMT)
My favorite lines are
"Will you have tea with me?"
and Epros's lines when you first meet him...
"I warn thee that beyond here is 'not the world' you know
Actors should not venture too far backstage lest curtain call the rulers show...
Ha ha ha ha.... Frail shadow if o'er all others seekest dominion...
Then develop thy powers by conquering Evil Kings and their creepy minions...
Perchance you triumph, alas! More Evil Kings draw breath...
It is they 'role' to challenge them now...
Pay heed lest you stumble fall into the depths."
Actually though, I love all Epros's lines... shoot... now I feel like drawing him...
Also, I feel happy that I'm not the only Okage fan that obsessively goes through the game to write lines *coughcougheverythingcough* down... 'course I only have this, a bit of the beginning, a bit of Block and Epros talking, the Phantom Evil King battle, and everything from the Vampire Evil King battle and on to the end... WOW I FEEL OBSESSED o.o
YamiLover13 - May 20, 2008 01:31 AM (GMT)
Your not obsessed. I have even more than that and I plan to one day have even more. Now THAT is obsessed. Besides, its helpful. Great I should really get to work formatting that game script I made...
Boogie Knight - May 20, 2008 05:13 AM (GMT)
Shoot, I have folders full of quotes on random pieces of paper. Hell, I wrote down by hand all the scenes which involved those who loved you best.
You guys are just committed, I'm nuts :stantounge:
JellyBean_Sins - May 21, 2008 09:32 PM (GMT)
Yay! We're all obsessively commited fans to the point of insanity!
I have them written on index cards... I would have more but I keep lending out my copy of the game and now I don't know who has it now... I want it back >.< *huggles Stan and rocks back and forth in fetal position*
Boogie Knight - May 21, 2008 09:36 PM (GMT)
Ha! I buy used cheap copys and give them away! How's that for obsessed?
You really aught to track down your copy. They might be your friends... but that doesn't mean they take care of stuff :stansweat:

It's either with Kitty or my friend who I forced into cosplaying Linda... problem is, I don't see them too often, or else I probably would have gotten my game back... seeing as it's been 6 months. I'm really tempted to buy a copy from FYE, but it's $20, and that makes no sense b/c it's at least 6 years old... I want a copy off ebay >.<
Boogie Knight - May 21, 2008 09:58 PM (GMT)
Friend forced to cosplay Linda? Ohhhh! Pictures?
FYE sucks when it comes to game prices. I saw a game just as old for $50.
JellyBean_Sins - May 21, 2008 10:30 PM (GMT)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v726/Dot...r8/P1030319.jpg It's not the best of pictures, but the best I have. I hope to do a photoshoot w/ her some time in the future... eventually... XD maybe I can get together w/ her over the summer some time...
Ah well, I guess I wouldn't mind paying seeing as I got my copy for free w/ my PS2.
Boogie Knight - May 22, 2008 06:25 PM (GMT)
Heh, she looked like she kinda wanted to kick ya :stantounge:
That was a pretty nice deal, considering what prices are when first released.
JellyBean_Sins - May 22, 2008 09:31 PM (GMT)
Does she really? XDDDD I guess she does look a tad hostile...
And indeed it was a nice deal... especially b/c I wanted the game anyways.
Sweetsuzie - May 23, 2008 07:14 AM (GMT)
She has a maniacal grin to her. :stantounge:
Well she looks more like Rosalyn cosplaying as Linda.
Chibi Stan! cute :stanlove:
Boogie Knight - May 23, 2008 06:12 PM (GMT)
Maybe you could talk her into cosplaying Rosalyn
JellyBean_Sins - May 25, 2008 02:16 PM (GMT)
I was trying to get my other friend to cosplay Rosalyn... although I think she'd make a better KT...
Boogie Knight - May 25, 2008 08:13 PM (GMT)
JellyBean_Sins - May 26, 2008 02:17 AM (GMT)
Although if I made an outfit for each of the characters I could be to my friends "wear this! and you, wear that!" and have a makeshift photoshoot w/ more characters than usual! Ah well, I'm lazy >.> :stansweat:
Boogie Knight - May 26, 2008 10:38 PM (GMT)
It takes effort to make a decent costume. I can understand being hestitant to put in the work.
JellyBean_Sins - May 31, 2008 03:28 AM (GMT)
Effort, time, money that I won't be using on books... none of which I have at the moment... :stancry:
DracoShadow - May 31, 2008 04:05 AM (GMT)
Aye... I want to do a cosplay of Tobi... (From Naruto) But it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find a Tobi mask online. That means I have to make it myself...
And plus, my parents really don't want to spend over $100 dollars on an Akatsuki cloak...
Ugh... :stanstare:
Oh, and I saw a copies of Okage on Ebay as cheap as a penny... :stansweat:
(Not including shipping. That's probably where they get ya.)
Boogie Knight - May 31, 2008 06:39 PM (GMT)
JellyBean_Sins - June 1, 2008 01:56 AM (GMT)
I wish I could buy online, but I'm not allowed to D=
Boogie Knight - June 2, 2008 12:33 AM (GMT)
I recall the uphill battles I had to contend with in my first pursuits of online purchases. I'd basically beg my dad to use a credit card of his while I handed him the cash, in full. I must have been around 12.
DracoShadow - June 2, 2008 07:48 PM (GMT)
Dang... I wish I could buy it myself...
But even when I offer to buy it myself (And yes, I have the money), they always say no...
Irritating... :stanstare:
JellyBean_Sins - June 3, 2008 10:18 PM (GMT)
Yeah, when I offer to buy it, my dad won't let me b/c it's anime "crap" >.>
DracoShadow - June 3, 2008 11:10 PM (GMT)
"Crap"... :stanstare:
Hmph... They just don't get it... :stanstare:
YamiLover13 - June 4, 2008 03:25 AM (GMT)
Better than what my foster mother calls it.
"Those shows contain the same characters that are featured in their porn versions. Therefore all anime is porn. Its a bunch of crap."
