THE PLOT

The end of mutants is near. That's what the Mulligan institute wants everybody to think, at least. A lie, of sorts.Those dangerous people, who can control minds and who knows what else...they'd rather pretend that they never existed. They've been doing a pretty good job of it, over the past years, but now that there seem to be more kids emerging from the cracks with these powers every day, their power seems to be wavering. Not enough, so far as most mutants are concerned.
