Storyline

[v.1.0]

Chorus of the Lost Logia, A Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha RPG, takes place parallel to the Nanoha StrikerS anime. Some time after the anime finishes airing there will be a time-skip taking place in order to branch off from the anime to its own original spin-off.

Lazy Reader Notes are added below each paragraph that basically summarizes what’s written. If you don’t want to read the whole story, feel free to read them to get a quick understanding of things.

--------------------------------------------------

Long ago, there were a handful of civilizations across the dimension planes which excelled in the arts of science and magic. These civilizations were known as Magic Civilizations; clean and efficient civilizations which continued to advanced at unimaginable speeds. However despite such wonder, it is these developments that eventually lead these civilizations to fall apart. It is unknown what truly caused their downfall or where its people went, but many worlds were lost to the dimensional void while others remained in tact, falling into ruin soon after. The ruins left behind by these powerful civilizations became known as “Lost Logia”, ancient artifacts of untold power. It is these devices which have thrown many people into a desire for their strength and untold abilities.

QUOTE
Lazy Reader Notes: Magic Civilizations in the past advanced to a point where they were too advanced, and it all eventually caved in on them. The technologies left behind, known as “Lost Logia”, are ancient relics of said civilizations that have many unknown abilities and great untold power, depending on how they’re used.

For the newer civilizations budding up across the dimensional plane, some remained quite primitive while others continued to advance and grow. As some wars continued to spread destruction between some of these civilizations across the dimensional planes, it was decided in the end a Magic Civilization is the best response; clean and efficient, physical weapons would be pushed aside as would their powerful destructive capabilities and this new form of civilization would begin to grow. This place was known as Mid-Childa, and would eventually become the central pillar for hundreds of advancing worlds as they led the way towards a peaceful, advancing civilization in the ways of magic.

QUOTE
Lazy Reader Notes: A budding civilization known as Mid-Childa progresses towards a Magic Civilization due to how efficient it is over their previous choice of living. Physical weapons become a thing of the past and magical powers begin to go on the rise. Mid-Childa would eventually become the central core of hundreds of planets, helping govern and advance them down a similar path (If they were advanced enough).

As Mid-Childa continued to grow as a Magic Civilization, a government organization known as the Time-Space Administration Bureau was formed. The TSAB was a collaborative effort undertaken by a handful of worlds; an inter-dimensional security force tasked to watch over the dimensional plane and the many worlds which resided within it. It is also their job to monitor the growth of a world and if necessary, to provide relief effort to worlds if they are in danger of something. It also eventually fell upon the TSAB to retrieve and store Lost Logia, in order to make sure their powers were never misused. The TSAB would help establish relationships between many worlds, lending aid when needed and investigating many worlds plagued with unrest in hopes of bringing forth lasting peace.

QUOTE
Lazy Reader Notes: The Time-Space Administration Bureau (or TSAB) is formed. Tasked with the job of an inter-dimensional security force, they deal with things ranging from monitoring the growth of worlds to sending relief aid to planets in need, as well as retrieving and storing Lost Logia so they cannot be misused. The TSAB would help establish relationships between many worlds, bringing about trade and advances in civilization.

While the TSAB continued to spearhead communications with other worlds, many places would begin to flourish thanks to their aid. Unfortunately with the discovery of new worlds also came unexpected dangers in the form of many things; in this case when more worlds were discovered so were a plethora of more Lost Logia and as new Lost Logia were found, the beginning of a long struggle would begin as people desiring their power would soon appear. To many people these ancient relics were a means of fulfilling a wish or desire. With this realization came a new enemy from the shadows; the Malefactor Association. A group of powerful practitioners, they would help aid various scientists and engineers, resistance groups and governmental bodies in order to gain Lost Logia for themselves, with only minor successes.

QUOTE
Lazy Reader Notes: As the TSAB continued to spearhead relations between planets, many enemies began to appear, searching for the Lost Logia to use for their own desires. These people would eventually call themselves the Malefactor Association, a loose group of individuals led by a council of powerful practitioners who want the Lost Logia for themselves. It is believed they have been involved in one way or another with most Lost Logia cases dealt with by the TSAB. They aid various people in order to get the Lost Logia for themselves, but have rarely been successful to this day.

By manipulating various sources, the Malefactor Association began to find means to gather some Lost Logia, digging as far as into the vaults of the TSAB to plunder Lost Logia. Never revealing their identities to their benefactors never letting themselves be revealed to others, even inside the association; this was the way they worked. It didn’t matter which Lost Logia got to their hands or which were destroyed; as long as the ones which could grant their dreams could be retrieved, it didn’t matter if a few were destroyed in the process. Following only certain guidelines set forth by the association’s head they have managed to infiltrate many planetary governments, even as far in as the Time-Space Administration Bureau’s high-ranked officials. In today’s day and age they are behind well over several dozen Lost Logia cases and have started their fair share of wars between certain planets; it is also believed they are the ones who lead to the discovery of the hostile planet of Frezse, and are fueling a growing rebellion on another planet known as Tyrfe.

QUOTE
Lazy Reader Notes: The Malefactor Association followed very few rules; Never reveal your identity to the benefactor and never let your identity be revealed to others, even within the association. Do whatever it takes to obtain a Lost Logia; it does not matter if they are destroyed as long as the powerful ones are acquired in the end. It is through these rules they have infiltrated many positions within the TSAB and instigated a few wars and rebellions against certain governments on certain planets. Their greatest achievement to date was starting the war on Frezse, which to this day threatens to involve Mid-Childa and the TSAB.

It has been over a decade since any truly major case dealing with Lost Logia. A civil war continues to spread across the planet of Frezse; an advanced civilization with power equal to Mid-Childa’s, utilizing physical weapons of great destruction to combat their enemies. At this point the planet of Frezse is a very hostile threat; refusing the aid of the TSAB to help stop the war, they are more interested in dissecting practitioners for their magical powers instead of receiving their aid; and with ships capable of inter-dimensional travel and powerful physical weapons, they are a constant threat. On top of that, many TSAB officials traveling to Tyrfe have either disappeared or have been found dead; the work of unknown anti-government parties. It is believed by now the Malefactor Association is planning a string of bad incidents for the future in hopes of obtaining some of the strongest Lost Logia chronicled by man.

QUOTE
Lazy Reader Notes: Ten years have passed since any major Lost Logia incident; however as the years continue to go by the war on Frezse continues to escalate and certain officials traveling to Tyrfe disappear or die. It is believed by now that due to the silence of the Malefactor Association in the past decade that something big is about to happen, though what that big thing is remains unknown. All that is known is, that the TSAB must prevent them from acquiring any more Lost Logia, or destruction may follow on a grand scale.
