Kestrel nodded.
"Yeah...although Killermen won't be patrolling for a while. Small mercies" she said with a small laugh. Then he pushed her back and kissed her. Kestrel was surprised by the rather male dominating action. Richard seemed to have forgotten to be shy somewhere along the lines. Kestrel hadn't.. she turned beat red.

"um... thanks" she said when he offered to walk her back to her house.
"But... I wasn't aware that you knew where it was. I mean not everyone knows where to find the other houses right?" Kestrel muttered "Not that the Griffindors hide theirs. Yours is actually pretty well known too. Slytherin is hard to find."

"Well, I'll walk you as far as I can go then." he smiled, offering her his arm. She still looked aprehensive, "Saftey in numbers." he grinned
