yeah, bend you knees, dont look up until the ball is away and keep you balance, dont move ure upper body too much, aka dont lean back as you swing

yeah yeah sure thing, be good, however i dont have an y certain times atm, first certain times ill be on will be ealry september, probly not good form to recruit then never be on
